Qazaq Air is the worst airline in Kazakhstan. I had two experiences with this sharashka office. Face in the dirt twice. The flight was canceled after 4 hours of waiting. Plus, a refund of 2 weeks + took a commission will not refund the entire amount! I'll clap my hands when they go bankrupt. Shame on you!!!!!!!
