As a result, two weeks before departure, they sent a letter, changed our flights to the most inconvenient, night flights, with a round trip in Doha for 14 hours!!!!! We lost a day at the hotel because of this. They didn't let you out of the airport in Doha, you had to issue a fan ID card in advance, even if the championship starts in 17 days and you are not fans. In general, they did not see Doha. After a night flight from Moscow, we were tired to death. I had to take a hotel room for 400 euros (4 people) to sleep, in fact, all these "events" with ID and not leaving the airport were calculated for the purchase of rooms. My son forgot expensive headphones on the plane, the room of lost things was never found, they assured me at the information desk that they searched and did not find it, well, well. The process of searching for lost items is absolutely not organized and is not understandable for foreigners. Well, finally, it blows in airplanes so that I had to wear a down jacket. People with weak immune systems, dress warmly for Qatar Airways flights.

The shawarma that I handed out for lunch was very spicy, the salad inedible. When I asked why they didn't warn me that the food was spicy, they shrugged their shoulders.
And they also have a "trick" - to turn off the light in the cabin during the day, like someone is sleeping there)))!
DXB - SVO flight on B 787-8 (Dreamliner). The plane is really old. The paint from the wings has peeled off in places along with the primer, in places numerous traces of smearing and painting over are visible (see photo). Either the operating conditions do not correspond (according to experts), or the aircraft is damaged.
The company has changed the time of the connecting flight. As a result, I had to spend 18 hours at Doha airport instead of 4 hours. At the same time, no compensation was offered. In response to a written request, the staff recommended using the airport's paid services. At the airport, on principle, I tried to get at least a voucher for meals during these 18 hours of waiting. They were sent from one employee to another for a long time, and eventually they were rewarded with $ 8.5. For this amount, you can buy a glass of juice at the Doha airport. Or one 0.5 bottle of water (not enough for two). It should be understood that I would not willingly buy tickets with such a transfer. The purchased ticket was purchased precisely for a short connection, which the company deprived me of. To be fair, the service on the plane itself is good.
