1. There is no customer orientation at all: managers do not respond to emails, HR does not pick up the phone, there can be no speech at all with the shipment of products on time.
2. Occupational safety and industrial safety at zero: violations, injuries. Even Wikipedia writes about Arcelor Mittal Temirtau as the most unfavorable plant in terms of safety of the entire company.
