Horror, horror, horror, and more horror. Eternal queues with swearing pensioners, the room is small, stuffy in summer. The service is disgusting, their computers are constantly hanging, they serve for three hours.
The post office is very small, not all cash desks work, because of this there is a large crowd of people, especially the elderly, during the receipt of a pension. There is no electronic queue, although it is assumed (a device for issuing coupons is installed).
It is very noisy, the queue and the distance are not respected.
Three-way service, the last time I was there, the ticket vending machine went bad - that's where the fun was. But the staff got their bearings pretty quickly.
