Never buy tickets or fly with this airline! The worst and least responsible employees gathered in one place! The ticket was purchased with the OPTIMUM fare, taking into account 23 kg of luggage. During check-in, they did not let you on the flight as if your ticket was without luggage and sent you for an additional baggage charge of 13 thousand rubles for only 20 kg. And the ticket itself costs about 7 thousand rubles! In another position, they boldly cancel the flight and do not warn anyone about the cancellation of the flight. Did you buy a ticket and pay for it, but they took the money and all their powers end here, no one else is dealing with you! The flight was canceled and no one was notified. We arrive at the airport and it turns out that we will not be able to leave. We approach the airline representative and there is no one there , the technical support is not responding Then they reply that as if nothing had happened: if the flight is cancelled, you can issue a refund! As a result, they bought a ticket for another urgent flight for 3 times more expensive I suggest it is better not to buy and not to waste your money and not to be nervous

It's just a terrible airline, if you want to take off with a delay,fly with another airliner, then you go to Canot Shark, the most terrible airline, you took it once and regretted it, I and 4 children arrived at Tashkent airport, there was no flight board,we searched for representatives for almost an hour, as a result we were put on an even more terrible airlineThe center is just a nightmare, we didn't explain anything to anyone, in the end we arrived just in terrible conditions, AND DON'T BUY TICKETS FOR THIS AIRLINE.
