There is enough space, a variety of simulators, affordable price for visiting and ind. training. I really liked the coach Konstantin, a pro, made up a program taking into account the not-quite-healthy spine. I trained with pleasure, it was a pity I had to leave.

A rare case is a classroom for price/quality. Fresh exercise equipment, clean showers, spacious lockers with magnetic locks. According to 1fit, this is generally one of the best halls that I have seen that you can get into.

Great gym, good exercise equipment, high ceilings, plenty of air, comfortable environment. There is a small cafe where you can have a snack after a workout, sometimes very useful. There are showers and a sauna. Without a pool. It's just right for regular training. What is also important is good coaches.

I can say with confidence that this is one of the best halls in Almaty, why?
1. Pleasant administration (always ready to help if there are any problems)
2. Excellent roomy lockers with 2 hangers (all things fit)
3. Clean locker room (no smells)
4. Excellent shower with good pressure
5. New equipment and extensive product range
6. Excellent mini bar with drinks and takeaway food
Bottom line: I advise everyone, a cool gym, you won't regret it
