Each dish presented here is a work of art. I would especially like to mention beshbarmak, which impresses with its tenderness and rich taste. I also recommend trying samsa and koumiss, which delight with their true authenticity.
I can't help but mention the desserts — the sweets here surprise with their variety and ingenuity, finishing the meal on a high note.
