When this chain first opened, it tasted better and at prices, there was a difference with cafes and even more so with restaurants. Now the price tag is close to many cafes where they cook to order and serve you, as they say, with fervor.

It is not the first year that, thanks to the desire of the children, I have been visiting this dining room. But it's only getting worse here year after year. The situation is especially bad with the price tags for desserts. There are a lot of pieces of various cakes and there is no price on any of them. A surprise awaits you at the checkout. So today the child chose a piece!!! We came to the cashier, they tell us the total amount, I pay for it, and then I take the check and precipitate - a piece of cake costs 550 tenge. What kind of prices are these?
The rice porridge that I order here year after year is getting thinner and thinner. Today it turned out to be extremely liquid. It looked like milk with a few grains of rice. Yeah...Where is this "Kaganate" going?
I forgot to mention that there are no napkins on the table, no sugar, no salt, no pepper, no vinegar, as is always the case in an ordinary dining room. If you want to add salt, go across the hall to get salt. Sugar is generally issued only with tea for 120 tenge per glass. And if I don't like the dish? What to do then.
It turns out that the current "Kaganate" is just a food court, where there is nothing on the table except advertising. Shame on you!
Juice in transparent glasses next to desserts is simply brilliant - 495 tenge per 300 ml! Are you serious? A liter of Coca-Cola is cheaper than this drink, which does not differ in taste and beauty. Moreover, I also find out about the price of the drink only from the receipt!

The choice of salads is small and everything with mayonnaise is almost there. Compote is not poured into a glass, only in a plastic bottle. It is not tasty - it is strongly diluted with water. There is no choice of vegetable side dishes. The menu is monotonous. At the very beginning of the business, the Khaganate was at the best level. There are not always free tables at lunch, you have to wait:(

Very weak customer orientation! Absolutely all more or less normal dishes with meat or fish! 100,500 soups and all in CHICKEN BROTH! I am writing a review to be taken into account. The dining room is pleasant in itself, but when you come for a normal salty meal, and you come out with a tray of sweets alone, the story fails.
It is absolutely not normal that there are NO COMPLETELY vegetable or bean soups! Why make lentil soup with chicken broth when gastronomy is rich in various kinds of spices and herbs!?
