A great hotel in every sense of its existence. There are a lot of advantages. Firstly, it is well located: near the seafood market and Bangla Road. The rooms are clean and cozy. Breakfast is served at a nearby restaurant. The food is simple but delicious. There is a laundry room, 80 baht kg of linen, consider it a freebie. Five steps away there is an excellent massage parlor and a post selling tours to the islands, excursions, etc. (I recommend taking tours there, not tour operators! The prices are an order of magnitude lower, but the quality is absolutely the same). As it is, TAI is a paradise from which you do not want to leave and want to return as much as possible)

The hotel is within walking distance from the main locations: the beach is about 8 minutes away, the night market (seafood, fruit, ice cream) is 10 minutes away, Big C is 10 minutes away, 7/11 is opposite the hotel, makashnitsa and a cafe nearby.
The hotel is quite decent, the rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly-they help and answer all questions.
I'm only taking the star off for the lack of a pool and for room 103 (don't take it if possible)...We're not picky, but we asked to be moved to another one after a couple of sleepless nights (room on the ground floor, audibility 💯). Wifi in the rooms catches perfectly

A great hotel for your money. Very well located. Right in the middle of Patong. It is very convenient to get to the sea, Bangla, and Banzaan. It's always clean. The elevator is working properly. If you leave 20 baht on the bed, they won't just clean up, but I'll post the number right away. Across the street there is a parking lot for bike taxi and 7/11.Lots of restaurants and cafes. There is a good coffee shop in the hotel itself. I took it without breakfast. Since there are no problems with food.

An excellent city hotel, the staff is polite, the bed is changed and cleaned every day, there are cups, mugs, kettle, water, towels in the room (for the beach, take them separately at the reception), liquid soap, shampoo, hairdryer, sockets including euro standard, air conditioning and fan. Pretty clean. There is no pool if someone needs it. Patong beach is nearby, but the water there is not particularly clean, it is easier to take a taxi through the bolt app to get from 200 baht to other beaches. There's a 7 eleven store across the street. Banzaan food market and a street with bars and restaurants are 15 minutes away. In general, the hotel is quite good for its price, it works out its 3*.

We had a rest on December 2-10. I really liked the hotel. The renovation is fresh.Cleanliness, top-level service. The staff is very polite.The room was on the third floor. Everything you need is there. Fan and air conditioning,excellent hair dryer. Water without interruptions. We cleaned the room conscientiously every day, if you put up a sign. It's not so noisy from the street, you can sleep! It's 7 minutes to the sea, in a straight line. It's convenient that you don't have to turn anywhere. Across the street there is a shop, a pharmacy, an excellent massage parlor. The hotel left only positive reviews! Recommend.

A small clean hotel. A fairly recent renovation. The furniture and linen look new. Cleaning was done every day. Beach towels were provided free of charge. Polite contact staff. Quite a convenient location. Near the market, the big shopping center Jang Ceylon. Bangla Road is far enough away to escape its influence and close enough to walk. Opposite the seven Eleven, there is an ATM, a pharmacy and a good Thai massage parlor. A 24-hour restaurant with delicious cuisine. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the sea.

Nice, clean, brand new hotel, small number of rooms, elevator is always free, cleaning every day, change of towels too. Clean drinking water is replenished daily, even if you have not drunk the one that you brought earlier. Breakfasts are included, they are in a nearby cafe, there is not much choice, omelette, pasta, juice, coffee, fruit. You go out, turn left and go to the beach, it's a long way, you have to cross three roads. There is a 7 eleven store nearby, markets, souvenirs, a bunch of exchangers (of course, the further away from the beach, the more profitable the course, I'm talking about 100 dollar bills), massage parlors. Pharmacy and marijuana next door in the same building, other entrance only),hospital, police.
If it's not difficult to walk to the beach in 10 minutes, then that's it.

The bathroom accessories are quite consistent with the humid Thai climate, instead of shower gel, soap is added every day, shampoo is also good. On the balcony, things dry very quickly under the working air conditioner. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. Great hotel, we had a rest in two couples. The rooms were given next to each other on the 3rd floor.
The room is cozy and clean.
A compact dryer is provided on the balcony. Thanks to the air conditioner (and of course the heat outside), things on the balcony dried out very quickly.
The staff is very friendly.
Opposite there is a 7/11, a pharmacy and a small market.
All local entertainment is very close.
The only thing missing from this hotel is the pool, but that won't stop us from going back to it again)

Good time of the day. I'll start with the disadvantages right away. The first drawback is there is no pool. The second disadvantage is breakfast. We were taken to a cafe next to the hotel. The cafe, I believe, has nothing to do with the hotel. The menu consists of five dishes and two drinks (juice from jupi and coffee - not from a coffee machine). They bring one dish for each person and a drink. If fruit or something else tears off an extra extra coupon. The hotel is located behind the third line - far from the sea, but there is a positive point near the shopping center. We arrived at the hotel alone and waited until two o'clock anyway. And they still checked into a room on the ground floor without a window. They moved in two days later, but the new room still didn't match the superior. The hotel itself is not bad, it is cleaned quickly, the staff is friendly. The conclusion can be drawn like this- if it costs 45-50 thousand in 10-15 days, then you can go to it. If it's more expensive, I don't recommend it.

The hotel corresponds to the "price-quality". The sea is 790 meters away. The room has everything you need. Large wardrobe, large refrigerator, beds with comfortable mattresses and pillows, air conditioning, fan, TV. We used the balcony purely for drying clothes - the air conditioner warms the air on the balcony. There is no view. Room cleaning is done without problems if you hang a sign on the door handle. If cleaning is not needed, they hang water and toilet paper on the door daily. Breakfast at the cafe in the next building. In general, it is good, and most importantly, it is delicious. We even had dinner there a couple of times. The cafe is open around the clock, so sometimes they had breakfast even before the specified breakfast time. Yes, it's not a buffet, but it can be varied. Overall, a good hotel

A great quiet, family-run, budget hotel. If you don't want to make noise and get enough sleep at night, then you are here. The beach is about 800 meters away, the beach is clean, the water is clear. On the way to the beach there are many shops, shops with fruits and all sorts of little things. Meals in a cafe nearby on hotel coupons, not a buffet, several dishes to choose from and you can take one thing (one dish and one drink). We are not picky, we liked it. Within walking distance, about 700 meters, Jang Ceylon, Bangla, the night food market and, in principle, all the traffic, but I repeat, at the same time, the hotel itself is quiet. 10 minutes to the sea in a straight line, slowly, taking into account the roads. Everything is nearby.
I lived alone from 01/27/24 to 02/05/24.

Three days out of ten were stormy. As the guide said, there is an invasion of jellyfish this year. They burned it twice, not much. And some tourists are decent. There were more of them in the evening, they were thrown onto the beach. The beach is clean, cleaned. Two sun loungers with an umbrella 200 baht. We were laying our mat on the sand in the shade of the trees. The exchange rate of the baht to the ruble is one to three, seen only in one exchanger. The rest went well. Thailand beckons, despite the long flight.

Check-out at 12h for every additional hour is 100 baht.Upon check-in, they took a deposit of 1000 baht, put it in an envelope and rewrote the number of the banknote. If everything is intact and in place, then they give it away. The room was a siperrior with 2 separate beds, with a mini balcony overlooking the neighboring house. It is very convenient that there was an air conditioner that cooled the room and heated the balcony, which has a dryer and a table with a chair. Then they just switched to a fan with 3 speeds and 2 positions. You can watch 4 channels in Russian on TV. There is 1 hanger in the closet, 3 more were brought upon request.When you leave the room, you take the electronic key and when cleaning, you hang the red side of the sign, if not necessary, then the green side, if you do not hang anything, then they will hang a package with everyday life. chemical, 2 coffees (they do not give black tea and either there is no tea in stores or it is very expensive), i.e. paper, 2 bottles of water. During our stay, I can not say for sure that the bed linen was changed, since I noticed that only the pillowcase, towels are changed during cleaning. If you go to the beach or an excursion, then at the reception they give you blue or cream ones for the record. The receptionists are very responsive and smiling, they speak English. The hotel is not very far from the Banzaan market, and the shopping center, where you can eat Russian food on the 0 floor))) . If you go out of the hotel to the right, there will also be a night mini market.

A wonderful hotel! We lived here for a week, we liked everything. We were first settled in a room with a view of the wall, at the first request we were moved to a floor above and with a view of the city and the road. It wasn't noisy at all, we slept great. The room is large, there is everything. Cleaning every day, if you put up a sign. The breakfasts are in a nearby cafe, not a buffet, but quite decent. Right in front of 7/11, bike rental, massage, small market. 10 minutes walk to the sea. There is no pool, but I do not understand its necessity when there is a bike and so many beautiful beaches) Anyway, I want to come back here!

Of the cons: we were accommodated on the 1st floor, there were no more rooms. And periodically it was noisy at night, companies gathered on the floor and shouted, and in the morning workers shouted. But tolerable)
It's a 10-minute walk to the sea, we went to restaurants on the way. Next to the shopping center, where they also often ate in restaurants. Markets. The location is great, everything is nearby. Patong is a great beach and area, but very active and noisy-for some a plus, for some a minus)
