The hotel is not the most modern, the furniture is too old, the renovation is too. The staff is polite. There are no playgrounds, only one small complex of three slides. The pools are good, there are slides for teenagers and toddlers. Many people in the hotel were sick with enterovirus, both adults and children. The food is varied. Poorly washed dishes were often found. The beach is sandy, but very small, literally two lanes for sun loungers. There is no room for swimming, because both boats go out to sea on the left and on the right. There is not enough space on the beach...if you like to relax on the beach, then you will not like it here. There are several shops and a large market near the hotel. The hotel definitely does not pull for five declared stars, but 3-4 is worthy.

The territory is beautiful and clean.

The only thing we didn't have enough names for was that there were no discos, in the sense that the animation ends at 10.00. It would be possible to turn on the music a little louder than the background for an hour.

We had a rest in July. The 5star hotel is ultra all inclusive. The territory is really a park, a lot of greenery, palm trees with bananas, pomegranates, figs, olives, grapes, tangerines, flowers. I watched a video about this hotel before the trip and completely agree with the reviews that this is a hotel with a soul, it is very cozy, friendly. A huge contribution is made by the staff. We settled in almost immediately. There are responsive young guys at the reception, you can take water bottles from them if you run out in the room. The room was cleaned every day. There are a lot of waiters in the restaurant, the bartenders are friendly. Everyone is young, rustling briskly, responding with a smile to your every request. There is 1 bar in the lobby around the clock, 1 bar at the pool until 12, a bar on the beach, 1 mini bar was open during breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bar makes delicious cocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The beer is delicious, the wine is delicious, not disgusting sourness, also gin, whiskey rakia, vodka, baileys type liqueur. If you missed breakfast or lunch, then there were always pasta, cutlets, salads, French fries, sauces, rolls on the plage, you can assemble yourself a burger. Nuggets and French fries were cooked near the children's pool, auntie roasts very tasty gozleme tortillas in a wooden gazebo, and cakes near the main restaurant on the street. There was always plenty to choose from in the main restaurant. Special thanks to the animation team!!!! They just made our vacation! From 10 a.m. from the very roosters (included) and until 12 at night, no one was allowed to get bored. Water polo, Darts, volleyball, inflatable trampolines with obstacles and with a bull, where very fun competitions for children and adults took place. Aqua aerobics, morning exercises like yoga, step aerobics. With children, you can paint a T-shirt or make a picture of colored sand for a fee. In the evening, children's animation began at 9 o'clock in the amphitheater, followed by an adult program: acrobats performed, Turkish dances, Miss Aventura competition, the best couple, drummers. Near the main adult pool there was a performance by a singer, live music, a karaoke evening, there was a super club disco with a DJ at a huge remote control, with smoke and lasers. The animators dance with everyone, they talk during the day, all young, friendly and cool guys, we learned their club dance and danced with them. Animators also take us to a nightclub in Alanya, we were with the children, so we didn't go, but those who went liked it. There is also a babysitting service. The pool was the main adult from 120cm to 160cm. A pool with slides (included according to the schedule) and a children's pool with slides, a bucket and climbing ladders. The beach is not big, but pleasantly sandy, the entrance is also sandy, you can also go down the ladder into the water from the pier or jump, there is a depth of 3 meters. Cons: they save money in the world (after 9 pm the territory turns into an impenetrable area), there are no air conditioners anywhere except in the rooms (in fact they are, they just never work) because of this, the food in the restaurant quickly turns sour, it becomes impossible to be at the reception and in the restaurant, the beach is dirty, and you look at the parts buildings near the beach will collapse, Wi-Fi is terrible, it doesn't work almost at all
The hotel is not bad, especially if you take last-minute tours, it turns out to be very profitable. But there is also a controversial point: a Russian family came to the hotel with us, but, as it turned out, there are no places in the hotel for the next few days, although they sold the ticket. I also remembered that not all the staff understands Russian and English. The cleaners understand only Turkish, and a couple of reception staff also understand only it. I recommend downloading a Turkish translator, otherwise English does not always help out)

The room was on the 5th floor, cleaning every day, cleanliness. The air conditioner cooled down and froze))). There were even swans))) accordingly, from the sheet. Meals are a good five. Alcohol is also great. Animation from 10.00 to the evening, the girls have a separate respect!!! The sea is clean and warm, the area is clean. In general, the hotel was quite adequate for its money, there were discos almost every day, the food was good, meat, fish, fruits every day, you can always find something to eat, but of course without frills. Alcohol is also normal, beer, cocktails, wine. The beach, yes, is for an amateur, but there is a pantone, you can jump from it and go down to swim with a mask, watch the fish. I also advise you to take a bus for 30-40 minutes to Alanya to Cleopatra beach, despite the fact that the beach is public and there are a lot of people, the water was incredibly clean, especially when there are no waves, you could take pictures underwater.

Food- we are quite loyal, but we wanted a little more assortment of fish /meat. You will not stay hungry at all, there is food and snacks everywhere during the day.
The waiters in the main food area are smart guys! Lunch/dinner is served with chilled wine in chilled glasses. They are nice and friendly. They communicate.
The alcohol is good, the bartenders are smiling, friendly, joking, nice!
On the sun beds - horror! There are absolutely not enough of them. I didn't manage to lie on the sea/pier for a single day. We had a rest together with our son, 17 years old.
We arrived at the hotel at about eight o'clock in the evening. Just in time for dinner. We were put up in a family room with a sea view for one night. There is a double bed and two single beds, plus a sofa. A beautiful view of the sea, but the window glass is hideously dirty - streaked, as if it had been wiped with a dirty rag. The room overlooks not only the sea, but also the pool. The pool is noisy.
The next day we were accommodated in a room with one double and one single bed. The room is angular, quite spacious. View partly of the sea, partly of the neighboring hotel. The window glass is very dusty. Apparently, it was not washed after the rainy season. There are chips on the tiles in the bathroom, slightly worn beds, there are holes on the curtains. But the main surprise is that there is no door in the shower. We complained at the reception. Two Turkish masters came, looked, and left. The reception assured that the door was ordered, it will be delivered in two days. But they never arrived.
The room is cleaned daily, 1.5 liters of water per day are provided. The hotel has coolers.
It should be noted that the corridors of the hotel are quite dusty, the windows are dusty.
The territory of the hotel is green and well maintained. There are oranges, palm trees, pomegranates, and a well-groomed lawn.

Unfortunately, on the third day of his stay at the hotel, his son fell ill. Intestinal infection. They took me to the doctor on insurance. They were doused with saline with antiemetic and for diarrhea. According to the blood test, a broad-spectrum antibiotic was also injected. My son stayed in bed for a couple more days. Suspicions are either about the water in the coolers (although everyone drinks it, including the staff), or about the water in the pool - it warmed up very much. Well, or I ate something in a restaurant. We ate only on the territory of the hotel.

The heat and stuffiness. It's tin, everything smells of food and dampness, the elevators just stink. Elevators are like in ordinary panels.
The rooms are tubby and have unpleasant odors. On the first day, our balcony door broke, the lamp, socket, refrigerator did not work, and at night something sparked. At the reception, they smiled, nodded their heads and did not come. We complained to the guide, on the 4th day we made the door and the outlet of the refrigerator was not there.
The food, it seems, can even be delicious, but then, as luck would have it, we ourselves saw the sour pasta that lies under the film at plus 40. In the hotels, we didn't communicate with anyone, everyone had disorders and poisoning. Whether it's food, or a pool with an infection, it's not clear.
The sea is normal, the sea is the sea, you can't spoil it. There was a marina next to the ships, but there were no spots or anything like that.

We are currently here. There are 2 elevators, one is malfunctioning. He's driving wherever he wants. The door closing button has completely fallen out. The elevators and the lobby are stuffy.

The elevators, which did not always work, regularly stank of sewage. The hotel is designed for a smaller number of people who are actually accepted/settled there. There are not enough beach towels. If you come after 10, you won't get everything - come after lunch, then, like, they'll do the laundry. There are just not enough sun beds on the beach and on the pier, but to be in the shade (with an umbrella or under a canopy), there are just 2 dozen of them in total. The rest is all in the sun.

The most disgusting hotel I've ever been to. For an additional fee, of course, you will be moved from a septic tank with a view of the road and a roaring air conditioner, and even inexpensively - for € 40. And then you will know the beauty of this hotel: the struggle for sun beds, for air conditioning in the dining room, stand waiting for a beach towel - the dispenser will never come on time, go to the dining room or grab a rotovirus. The hotel is old, the furniture and linen are appropriate, air conditioning instead of shampoo - and you have to ask for it. Why on earth would that be??? The hotel is definitely not 5 stars. Barely makes it to 4.
Upon check-in, we waited more than an hour for a room to be given to us, and we arrived at 12 a.m. on September 16, 2024, very tired from the road.
And so we were given a number… It smells terribly of air freshener, the Windows overlook the smoking room, the smell of cigarettes enters the room, the room looks like we went to the dorm. We have a small child of 3 years old. After three hours of swearing, we were given a better room. The receptionist at the reception initially knowing that we had a small child, gave us a terrible smelly room so that we would pay extra for a good room! As they say, "anything for your money."
Two cockroaches were personally seen in the toilet on the 1st floor. As we later found out, our room was above the kitchen, and cockroaches were poisoned in the rooms, and from there the smells of air fresheners so that we would not feel anything. The second number is already better than the first one.
The menu is for an amateur. But still, you can find the usual food for yourself. In most cases, everything is spicy with a bunch of seasonings. There are no normal juices for children here. There is a vending machine, but they paint the language terribly. It's all chemistry. There are high chairs for children - it is convenient.
We left tips, the room was cleaned perfectly, once we even made swans and a heart out of towels. Friends didn't leave tips, so they didn't even make their beds and didn't wash their floors.
Nice hotel grounds. Four pools. There are slides for adults and for children.
You can also play volleyball, basketball, table
tennis, mini golf (it's kind of for an extra.payment). Every morning there is stretching, water polo, exercises in the water, there is a hammam.
The beach is small, the sun beds have been occupied since 8 a.m. But it didn't bother us, we were swimming with a high)
The service staff in most cases know Russian perfectly well.
At the bar near the sea, you can book a dinner with a beautiful view. Unfortunately, the receptionists at the reception do not talk about this and do not warn that you need to book in advance. All tables are booked 5 days in advance (in our case it was like this)
The hotel is considered a "family hotel", that is, single men are not settled. And in fact, they are still settling in! A man got to our child, he wanted to take it with him! After the fights and swearing, the owner of the hotel, the gendarmes, arrived and began to find out what had happened. The man was evicted. It turned out that he was the only one who was settled on the same day when everything happened.
Also, on the day of our departure, another man was evicted. In general, in fact, this has never been a family hotel.
This is not how we imagined a vacation.
We will not come to this hotel anymore and we do not recommend it to you!

Отдыхали в середине мая в этом году, отель понравился. Красивая, ухоженная территория; доброжелательные, отзывчивые сотрудники. Отель после ремонта, все новое, чистенько. Убирались каждый день. Кормили вкусно, хотя изысков не было, но всегда был выбор: рыба, говядина, курица и т. д. В пляжном кафе начиная с обеда тоже кормят, там же пекут вкусные лепешки в печи. Качественное спиртное, анимация хорошая, с утра гимнастика, потом аквааэробика, водное поло, вечером детская программа, потом взрослая и т. д. Из минусов можно отметить вечернюю дискотеку, клубная однообразная музыка, не всем это нравится, русских и турецких песен не включают, мало кто танцевал даже из молодежи. Заход в море с пирса и с берега, на берегу пляж песчаный с хорошим заходом, правда совсем небольшой, но это обусловлено ландшафтом, у двух соседних отелей вообще пляжа с песком не было, только пирсы.

Неплохой отель с интересной территорией и уютным пляжем в бухте. На пятерку тянет слабо, но уверенная четверка 100%. Питание разнообразное, много рыбы, из мяса индейка и курица. Есть блюда на гриле и на воках. Персонал вежливый, старательный. Номерной фонд устаревший, но все услуги и условия для проживания есть. /Из развлечений - анимация, волейбол, водное поло, аквааэробика, для детей - миниклуб, вечернее шоу для детей и для взрослых. Есть выезды на туры, шоппинг и дискотеки

Sports equipment (tennis rackets, volleyball ball) for 3 out of 5.
There is free wifi in the lobby, but the quality of its work is about 1 out of 10. (Wi-Fi flies for money, the price seems to be 2 or 4 bucks a day)
The beach is small, the pier is normal, the contingent is different, there are foreigners and local vacationers (about 15%), the animation is boring, the location for animation is small.
The most important disadvantage is the bar and its employees. They do whatever they want and from what they have. You won't ask for champagne, the alcohol is mediocre, the cola is delicious, the juices are powdered. Only whiskey cola is good, the rest of the cocktails are different in taste and composition each time (when ordering the same item), sometimes it seems that there is at least alcohol and syrup of the same type.
The most important plus is entertainment from animators during the day and DELICIOUS and varied cuisine.
In general, you can live, but it's better to think 100 times and choose another hotel, this one does not pull either 5 stars or 4 stars. Perhaps a three with a stretch, since the first line and the beach are right on the hotel grounds, and so a confident two with the spirit of zero

В целом хорошо. Пробы
Пляж свой песчаный плюс есть пирс для тех кто хочет по глубже. Сам отель после ремонта. Еда однообразная после 3-4 дней уже надоедает. Разнообразная, но из всех блюд выбираешь всего 3-4. Остальное может для местных, но для нас не очень. Например помидоры прокрученные через мясорубку как фарш не понятно. Салаты тоже все не понятные и не вкусные. Только огурцы с помидорами и помидоры с сыром брал. Зелень тоже есть. Рис картошка макароны как бы всё) курица, люля бывают делают но на вкус ужасно, из печени делают тоже котлеты опять же на любителя. Рыба только и курица в итоге. Выбор без выбора как бы)) много чего готовят, но 80% не съедобное. Баклажаны ещё с сыром. Сыры выбора много 5-6 видов. К чаю выбора тоже много, но ингредиенты одни просто разное) синие красное фиолетовое желе на бисквите ) плюс их сладости приторные.
Есть 2 горки одна прямая другая немного извилистая. Как бы всё)
Аниматоры в принципе стараются, молодцы, но контингент по старше, либо с детьми, либо местные и как то пассивно) вай фай только в лобби у ресепшна и мертвый просто, только ватсап переписка, фото видео не загрузите. Инстаграм забудьте)) можно заплатить за сносный интернет в номере за 2€ в сутки.
Территория зелёная, насаждения, пальмы.
Еду бы им улучшить. Если по цене выходит не дорого можно ехать. А если за дорого я бы не советовал)
Персонал отрабатывает, убирают всё, не успел поесть забирают)

We rest from 14.05 to 25.05
The first week everything was just perfect: always calm, there are places on the beach and free in the restaurant, there is no need to queue. The apocalypse has been happening for the last two days, there are a lot of people, queues are absolutely everywhere. The hotel is comfortable only with a small number of people.
Of the objective advantages: delicious food on the buffet, responsive staff, room cleaning was quite satisfactory for us, drinks at the bar were quite tolerable.
Of the cons: the free Internet works only in the lobby and is sooooo bad, so you have to buy (for money it works perfectly throughout the hotel).
The hotel itself looks faded and shabby against the background of others. It doesn't really matter if you're going beyond the sea and the beach.
There is a gym, BUT!
Out of 10 simulators, 4 work and then with a lot of creaking. There is frankly little inventory, and what there is is in terrible condition. You can, of course, come up with something and practice at least somehow, but you have to sit right there and invent exercises😅
The location is not the best, there is a bazaar nearby, decent super markets and a pharmacy are within walking distance. When going on an excursion, be prepared that an hour of time will definitely be spent on arrivals at all hotels along the way. We are generally satisfied with the rest, but we would not return here a second time

The hotel is pretty tired. There were ants in our room. Kondei is noisy. Not all outlets worked. The safe didn't work. The toilet drain did not work. The refrigerator was barely working. Queues for food in the dining room. There are no free sun beds on the beach and by the pool, people have been occupying them since the morning. The Internet is paid and only for one device. You will not be able to distribute the Internet, apparently there is a binding on the MAC. The Internet costs $2 per day. There is a noisy motorway near the hotel. There is no evening program. Animators are sluggish during the day. The bartenders take it out somehow, but you can't do without $. The sea is dirty because of the sand and the poor location of the beach. Only one key is given to the room. And that's all All Inclusive Ultra. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT GOING TO THIS HOTEL!!! Don't waste your money in this gloom. -1 out of 5.

We had a family vacation from October 1 to October 8. In general, nothing can spoil our rest, but the hotel still has disadvantages! I'll start from the beginning: when booking, we chose and paid!!! two-room suite for comfortable accommodation of all family members. As a result, we were placed in a room of 18 square meters, where the beds were at a distance of 10 cm from each other! There is no way to walk across the remaining square opposite each other, there is nowhere to lay out a suitcase, but the view from the room is gorgeous. After the proceedings of our travel agent, we were still offered to move to a more spacious room, but only after 4 days🤦🏻♀️ the type of room is occupied, how can this be I do not understand 🤷🏼♀️ Cleaning the room is generally a horror, the son accidentally spilled cherry juice on the floor by the bed, so, moving to another room, we still have this stain on the floor, although the woman cleaned every day! I still didn't understand what she was cleaning there🙃 The furniture is old, shabby. In some places, the tiles are chipped off, the walls are painted by previous children, and not washed;(The corners of the beds are knocked down, but the mattresses and pillows are comfortable, the linen is clean, as are the towels. They changed our towels every other day, for some reason🤷🏼♀️ But we only slept in the room, so we didn't find fault especially.
Territory: small, but well-groomed and clean! The pools have sun beds, there are also double beds, but like everywhere else they must be occupied at 7 am, otherwise you won't find any free ones later. Towels are on all of them. There were also ghost sunbeds... towels are lying, but no one has laid down on them all day😬
The beach is not big. There are sun beds on the pier, but with them the same story as by the pool. If you did not have time to borrow before breakfast, then you can not count on lying comfortably by the sea! There are huge slabs in the sea, which is not always convenient for those who like to dive, and you can hit.
Animation: well done guys! They entertained as much as they could, although it is clear that by the end of the season they were very tired.
Food: the food is varied. There was also fish (mostly boiled, though fried) meat, chicken. Vegetables and a variety of salads (a couple of times for dinner were slightly sour) Fruits were: apples, pears, peaches, plums, watermelons and melons. And of course sweets, a couple of kilograms of which you will definitely bring in the form of extra kilograms 😂
In general, the hotel is not bad, but do not count that it is 5* (so, the average four) There is nothing to be picky about the conditions here. And as for ultra all inclusive… There is Internet only in the lobby, and if you want to also in the room and on the territory, then be kind enough to pay 10 bucks at the reception.What is it to add lime or mint to a cocktail, they don't know at all🤷🏼♀️ they pour everything into a glass, no matter what cocktail you order🤪 but our dad liked it) it hits you in the head and it's good 😝 The wine is not delicious, but our Baltic beer 3.
Whatever it was, we had a great rest, because we often went outside the hotel. But no one from my family wants to go to this hotel a second time🤷🏼♀️

Отель на реальных 5 звёзд! Отлично отдохнули. Еда разнообразная, алкоголь приемлемого качества, ежедневная уборка номера, вежливый персонал. Пляж в трёх минутах ходьбы, бассейны, горки. Отлично!
