Good afternoon, everyone. We rested from 05/25.24 to 06/22.24. We had a great rest. The pyramid is an excellent hotel, food for 5+, for every taste, whatever you want, the rooms are clean, the furniture is old, of course, but in fairly good condition, the room was cleaned daily, the linen was changed, the TV was working, the air conditioner was working. We lived on the 3rd floor. The weather is hot, but it is easy for us to transfer. 37/40 degrees. We went on excursions, went sailing, and had a lot of impressions. The sea is nearby, the entrance to the sea is sandy, comfortable. It was windy, but it was even good. It was quiet for a couple of days.Many thanks to the guys from Chiptrip. It is not the first year that we have been using the services of this travel agency. The guys will pick up a tour for you for any amount and your requests. Thanks again. I will definitely use your help more than once to relax.

A great hotel, varied and delicious food, everyone will find something to their liking. Beef, turkey, chicken, fish, seafood. Sweet tooth paradise, a very large selection. The staff is polite, the main thing is to smile more often and they always reciprocate. The territory is well maintained, you can use the slides for free. The most important advantage of this hotel is a great beach, no tides and a lot of different fish. A nice but tired hotel. Advantages: smooth entry into the sea, sand. There is a coral reef with fish where there are artificial columns in the sea. The beach is big and there are a lot of sunbeds, but sometimes I had to find a place for myself. Now the cons: Room cleaning is the worst, and the rooms themselves pull a C (we had 2209) the furniture is shabby, the drawers open crookedly, there are not even glasses for toothbrushes. The food is almost the same day after day, but there are all kinds of meat/vegetables/fish, but seafood is not the specialty of this hotel (maybe in Egypt it is everywhere) At 18.00, everyone is kicked out of the sea and pools. The music on the beach is the same all day and consists of several tracks, so from the place closest to the bar you will listen to the newly released record. The animation is uninteresting and the same thing. The animation team is annoying with its obsession. Coffee, if you drink it without milk, is quite tolerable. Milk is poured into the coffee machine dry. The SIM card was bought at the airport, and 170GB was enough for 8 days

I had a rest in October 2024! Very good and delicious food, for every taste! The entertainment programs are good! The room stock is both new and old. We were given an old room, but it doesn't matter for us, because we came to relax by the sea! The entrance to the sea is excellent, there is a small reef with ships and fish, visible without a mask. Good locations for walks and photos. In general, we had a very good rest. I wish the hotel further prosperity, cook the same delicious and varied food, repair old rooms, and change the bed linen to better quality, because the linen is all rough, not pleasant to the body. We arrived on 10/15/2024, The rest is wonderful! The sea is gorgeous, the sunset is excellent, they placed it on the ground floor and did not regret it at all, it is very convenient! We wanted to buy a Zirtek, it costs $ 7, at a pharmacy, which you need to walk along the coast, we bought it for $ 1. The beach is a fairy tale, the entrance to the sea is gentle, coral reefs with fish and sea urchins are a miracle of the underwater kingdom! A stingray was seen several times at depth. With a mask, consider everything. There are no questions about maintenance either. Tatiana V. writes nonsense about the fact that the drawers open crookedly, the furniture is shabby, there is no cup for brushes, they are kicked out of the pool after 18 - This is a disaster!!! One of the advantages is a good beach and delicious food. Good children's and musical animators. Among the disadvantages, the hotel is old and in need of repair. They gave me a dead and dirty room, I had to change it. There is a light music in the hall- the owners cannot replace the burned-out lamps. Water flows from the roof from condensate conduits. There is a bucket in the middle of the restaurant collecting water. A tile was placed on the marble in the corridor. Concrete work is underway, mudslides are breaking down doors, pieces of concrete are lying in the corridor, during the day you put the child down and behind the wall the puncher is rattling and the screams of storytellers. Room cleaning is on the dump, and always at different times. A pool towel was stolen, I paid a fine of 20 bucks, and in order to pay, I spent 2 hours and was dragged three times between the reception and the towel center. Well xs. This is not what you expect from a 5* hotel. 3.5* stars purely for the food. There is very loud music on the beach during the day. not relaxation, but a Negro slapping on the ears. Coral diving is not allowed to look at the rescuers-men with whistles.

The biggest plus of this hotel is a gorgeous beach with a smooth sunset, clean sand and a beautiful underwater installation, a la sunken ruins. The food is good, you will definitely not stay hungry. Alcohol and foreign sodas are freely available. Lots of fruits, there was never a shortage of dishes or food. There is a barbecue area on the street next to the main restaurant, where you can enjoy the atmosphere of the seaside and pizza. The corridors are spacious and bright. Renovation is actively underway. They are cleaned every day, the linen is snow-white. The rooms have free shower gel, shampoo, two bottles of water per person per day. The staff is friendly, neat, always go to a meeting. The territory is spacious, there is a place to walk. And if it gets boring, then there is an 8 km long embankment in the cobblestone. Even if you manage to find a flaw, it is interrupted by the sea and the beach. Everything is clean, the rescuers are constantly on duty. There was not a day when it was not possible to find free sun beds. Beach towels are also provided clean. The water is unrealistically clear, a bunch of animals (fish) of all kinds and sizes, warm and super salty.

We arrived at the hotel at 8 a.m., they immediately put on our bracelets and showed us where the main all-inclusive restaurant is located. Maybe it's the magic of $ 15, but it seems to have been done to all visitors) + We were checked in an hour earlier, at 13:00. All this time we were either sitting in the lobby or walking around the hotel. + The room was just great!! Sea view. To the right and left, 10 steps away (literally), there were swimming pools (large with different depths and 120 cm with hydro massage, waterfall and heating), we walked about 3 minutes to the sea. Renovated room, large double bed, comfortable mattress, there is also a sofa. All rooms are the same, the only difference is the view from the balcony. + I had excellent Internet connection in the room, in order to call my family and hang out on social networks - quite. + Towels were changed regularly, cleaned every day, the bed is also made every day, floors, mirrors, shower, toilet are washed. We tried to leave tips every day, but because of the early excursions we did not always have time, so we did not notice much difference between cleaning for $ 1 and free) The only time we saw an Arab come out of the room sad) + The food is sooo delicious!!! Who writes that they give the same thing and so-so, I have a question, what do you eat at home?) For breakfast they give porridge with various toppings for every taste, pancakes, waffles, fried eggs are cooked at 3! For dinner, pasta is also made with any filling and grilled king prawns, as well as rolls with salmon, caviar, octopus, etc. every day. There is always a bottle of water, appliances, salt, pepper, toothpicks, glasses on the tables. And a bunch of other very tasty food) + I would like to mention dairy products (yoghurts, cheeses, milk, etc.). They are insanely delicious!! I've never tasted anything tastier in Russia. + Every dinner they make an installation of fruits, vegetables, make fountains) + There are always places in the restaurant, they are removed from the tables immediately. Even what was not touched is removed - a separate plus) + The staff is very responsive, sociable, smiling and speaks Russian very well. The staff always greeted us when we even just ran by. I have never noticed a bad attitude towards Russians at all, as they wrote here) + The hotel is mainly occupied by foreigners (Serbs, Poles, Bulgarians, Germans, Arabs). When choosing a hotel, this point was one of the most important to avoid a fight over shrimp with compatriots) + The sea is just magical! It is very warm, especially in the evenings. At a depth of 2 meters, the bottom is perfectly visible, the water is clean. There are live corals with fish all along the shore, you can dive with a mask and take a closer look at them. Those who complained that they were kicked out of the sea and pools at 18:00, do you really want to swim in the Red Sea after sunset or swim in the dirty pool in the morning?) + Booking of sun loungers is prohibited until 8:00 in the morning. + There is a bar on the beach where you can have a snack (fruits, burgers, lasagna, meat, sausages, French fries) and drink. We did not try local alcohol, only beer (the most common), we took a bottle of Prosecco with us from duty-free. + There is probably everything possible from sodas) Cola, pepsi, sprite, merinda. Milk can also be poured separately. + There are many souvenir shops, pharmacies, grocery stores nearby (the only place where you can pay in Egyptian pounds) + You can eat in the restaurant from 7:00 to 24:00, with short breaks. + We were lucky and when we were already settled, there was no repair, only pleasant silence and the sound of the sea) + They are very good at monitoring safety in swimming pools and at sea Minuses: - You can book a chaise longue at least for the whole day. Because of this, sometimes I had to walk all over the beach to find a place for myself. - The bathroom is old, no repairs have been done there. - There is no cup for toothbrushes, there are no toothbrushes and toothpaste themselves. - No repairs have been done in the corridors of the hotel either, it is shabby in places. - On the tour, we were picked up the very first and brought the very last) Of course, this is logical, because first there are 5* hotels at a great distance from the airport, but still a couple of times because of this we missed breakfasts and dinners - Early breakfast is something) Of all the things offered, I ate a cucumber and coffee) As my boyfriend said, it was just like we were given leftovers from dinner) Most likely I missed something, but despite all the disadvantages, the hotel is just wonderful, especially by Egyptian standards. The view from the windows is beautiful, the purest sea. Not far from our beach there is a sunken building, there are corals and many beautiful fish. Of the unpleasant ones: they were settled in a dirty room, it was dusty on the surfaces, the floor was dirty, water flowed from the toilet barrel onto the floor and a puddle gathered. There were not enough beds, I was with my husband and two children, but everything was resolved after contacting the reception, the next day. Thanks for that! In general, we had a great rest and we liked it!

Hurghada, as Mahmed says, is the capital of the Red Sea, after ten years it will brighten up. The hotel itself has no complaints, I visited this hotel three times with my family, the food is delicious, the beach and the sea are clean, speaking about bartenders, everything is OK everywhere, I especially want to emphasize Abdul's cocktail bar with Omar, they are the best. I would like to mention the number of rooms, the room is not bad, but there are some nuances, the bathroom is not in very good condition. Speaking of animation, a lot of things have changed in 10 years, the guys are great, but the fantasy leaves much to be desired, but it didn't stop my family and me from having fun. We rested for the third time in this hotel, it became much worse, from a good entrance to the sea and the beach, it is already difficult to find sunbeds at 10 am. The diet is relatively good, there are few fruits, grapes once a week, watermelons and strawberries are out of the question. The service at the pool bar is very poor, the lobi and the beach are fine, the drinks are so-so, they seem to try for tips. I liked the hotel as a whole. The beautiful gated resort of Sahl Hasheesh is located in a bay, and this has the advantage of relatively cold and strong winds in winter. We were at the end of March, we were lucky with the weather, there was only this unpleasant wind for one day, and then the heat and a light breeze. A long promenade along the sea and other hotels, you can ride an electric car. The hotel has a large beach, lots of sun loungers, a good entrance to the sea. There is no natural reef, but corals are slowly growing on flooded concrete and steel structures and many different fish are swimming. According to the diet, you can choose what comes in, but not the Turkish buffet, of course. In terms of animation, the guys did well, but we did not participate, we were on our own wave. The room stock is probably the only negative - we had a damaged room... but the red sea is beautiful, and it covered all the disadvantages.

I've loved this hotel since I was a kid! So I decided to go back to it, but with my husband (who has never left the city). The impressions are great! My husband really liked the hotel, even offers to go here again! The beach is sandy, but there may be sharp corals in the water, be careful, or just take your swimming slippers with you. The rooms are cozy, you can even sit and drink tea right in the room (when I went earlier this was not the case) there is a swimming pool on site. There are also wonderful excursions, which you can check with your guide.

Good afternoon! We stayed at this hotel 3 times. The rest was from October 17th to 27th. I want to say that we have seen a lot of changes. Repairs are underway, rooms are being updated, and food has improved. I especially want to mention our Boss. In two years he has introduced a lot of new things. Sushi, burgers, just a lot of meat appeared! For lunch, you can eat beef of 3 types of dishes, chicken of 2 types, duck or fish of 2 types. Even on the beach you can enjoy fruits and juice. Bartenders serve beer and cocktails, pastries. which wasn't there before. For dinner, shrimp on the grill every evening. There were even crabs 2 times. In general, we were satisfied with the trip. And, of course, the sea!!!!!!! We'll come again!

They make cocktails. Almost all alcohol is available (local of course) Bars are open from 10:00 to 00:00 Rooms I'm lowering the star just because of the numbers. It's a horror to be honest. When we stopped at the hotel late in the evening, we were accommodated with a view of the construction site, the room was all dirty, hair, dust, curtains torn, and this despite the fact that we were accommodated in a premium. The laundry is dirty. The towels are dirty. Of course, we have not seen this anywhere. At night, work was done on the construction site, there was noise. Naturally, we did not ignore this and went to sort it out at the reception right away. We would have been moved, but there were no available rooms. The next day, because of the rooms, they wanted to change the hotel and had already agreed with the guide so that we would make an additional payment and safely get out of this hotel. But when they provided another standard room with a view of the pool, they changed their mind. Хороший отель , на 4ку, море шикарное на 5ку, еда отличная , всего всегда много , очереди есть но быстро проходят , анимация не очень но ребята стараются , детская комната не знаю что там делают два раза ходили закрыто было , через окно посмотрели ни чего нет , может сделают ремонт реставрируют , идет ремонт в а и б корпусах , корпус с новый другой отель , территория общая пока , но там делают свой клуб караоке , бассейн переделали осталось 2 горки , детские горки на их территории но все пока ходят как на общей , только заходить нельзя в ресторан общий и ресторан на пляже , сам отель после ремонта думаю будет огонь , в старых номерах конечно треш но жить можно , мы сначала были в старом номере но возле моря , потом сами переселили в новый номер хороший отличный но ближе к главному корпусу вернее в нем на третьем этаже , номер новый современный, убирали каждый день все супер (крутили животных их полотенец каждый день ) , полотенца каждый день новые , все клали шампунь , мыло , нам понравилось . Вернулась бы я еще раз да море там супер самое чистое и теплое , кораллы рядом , с масками огонь плавать . Советую на 5-, цена качество .

The hotel was not pleased with the hospitality and friendliness. The most unpleasant thing is the staff at the reception - always (!) dissatisfied, tired, and completely indifferent to Russian-speaking tourists. When I arrived at this hotel for the first time in 2012, everything was at the highest level. I am very disappointed now, especially that: 1. I dreamed of doing a photo shoot with my beloved - at the reception they didn't even tell me when the photographer could be found, i.e. there is a place, they get money for rent, but there are no contacts of the employee / photographer, how is it?. Also dismissive waving (in English), like I'm distracting with my photo shoot when people arrive. 2. Also, absolutely any question at the reception causes surprise / misunderstanding / aggression when they hear Russian speech. A question for the administration, if you accept money from Russian tourists, provide them with decent service and Russian-speaking staff! 3. Dirty, shabby rooms, no swans like before and staff smiles

Alcohol is terrible. Guide Mohamed said if you go blind, it's not our fault. Positive: 1. Sea, beach, water, this hotel can be chosen only because of this. As for food, you can eat a lot of things, but it tastes strange at first, then you get tired and it seems nothing. My stomachs didn't hurt. The hotel does not reach 5 stars. You only need to take improved renovated rooms, and preferably at The V Luxury Resort. You can use the territories of two hotels, but the rooms and meals are on a completely different level. The hotel is perfectly located near the waterfront. The evening promenade resembles a walk through the European streets. The beach is clean, the sea is beautiful. The food was normal, the crabs were grilled every other day. Seafood is very tasty in the a la carte restaurant. The whole show!Alcohol - beer is normal, and good cocktails were made at the pool bar. The hotel has an active animation. The disadvantages are construction and noise. It would be a great place to relax if the rooms and lobby were put in order.
