Dear Mercury Administration. You have a good supermarket, a fairly large selection of assortment. But one big, very fat minus: this is your administrator Gulmira. For any customer, the administrator is the face of your supermarket, as she teaches cashiers, supervisors, and monitors the order of your store.
But when I come in here, she doesn't say hello, she always has a sour face, no intelligence, no culture, teach her to greet customers and smile. In November 2023, there was a review about her rudeness, but apparently no change occurred. The same rude and negative person.

A great store, a very wide variety of goods, on the second floor there are many good things, on the first floor there is a supermarket where you can buy everything you need, the cooking is super, the staff is just great!!!
