Very bad. I brought a down jacket: sleeves and a fresh greasy stain on the chest. They said they cleaned it 3 times - they couldn't do anything. Even with sleeves. Although in all other dry cleaners everything was perfectly cleaned, and even more complex impurities.
Money and nerves were wasted.

I recently visited the dry cleaning "There are no Stains". I dropped by on the run, I urgently needed to clean my jacket. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and professional service. Receptionist Marina carefully examined the jacket and suggested that it was a down jacket (I honestly didn't know about it).The product was cleaned perfectly and even before the appointed date. Even what was not guaranteed was gone. A very nondescript-looking institution surprised with the result. Thank you for your work and friendly service!

Terrible service
1) I agreed that the next day in the morning I would send a courier with a jacket, attached a photo
2) in the morning the next day, just in case, I clarified the address, an employee in Vacap wrote me the wrong address, it's good that I double-checked, otherwise I would have sent it to the wrong place
3) when the courier brought the jacket, he was sent far away, referring that they did not know (although I had previously agreed, I even attached a photo and in the morning before sending, just in case, I re-specified the address)
4) in response, they were rude to me, throwing off a bunch of voicemails in Vacap, where they accuse me of all mortal sins and that I didn't warn them about anything
Horror, be careful when contacting this company.
