I visited the institution many times. They almost always don't have a part of the menu available. Even such a common dish as borscht. The company came today, and the same thing. There is only one borscht left.
It took more than an hour to wait for the dishes. Considering that the place is half empty. Everything that is brought is barely warm.
There is no complaint about the dishes, everything is delicious. But the service is terrible.

A terrible place…We arrived in Vitebsk at the Slavyansky bazaar, walked around the city in the afternoon, looking for a place where we could have lunch, for old times' sake, I remember Pushkin Times, it seemed like a good place before…
My young man has never been to Belarus, I told him that the place is great and the service is good, but as it turned out, it's quite the opposite!
A nice hostess girl greeted us, said that there are places and now you will be escorted , a guy escorted us (I did not understand it was the waiter or also the hostess), I asked him to take us to the veranda, he sat us at a table that was located right at the entrance (although usually, if there is NO BOARDING at ALL, they offer guests to choose a place on their own), I also want to repeat that it was 2 o'clock in the afternoon, there was no one at all, we just wanted to have a snack and leave, it's an hour of time, I asked: "can I sit at the next table?", to which he replied with a grin : "Don't you see that it's canned ?", (yes, I didn't pay attention at all canned/ not canned) , I added that we don't want to sit near the entrance ! "Then put us in the corner where there are big sofas," to which he replied, "You two came, I won't put you in those places!", it is also appropriate to add that he did not say it politely, with a smile, NO, it was arrogant, with a fee, from A number of ladies, who are you anyway to put you there at all? In fact, I'm crazy (sorry for the rudeness), what kind of service is this? I'm sorry, we came, quite ordinary people who just turned around and left, even without asking, etc., just leaving this review! Otherwise, it could be those with whom the guy would lose this job altogether... although maybe this is in the order of things for you.

You will be in Vitebsk, be sure to visit! On the first day we arrived, we went there to have dinner. It is very beautiful inside, there are many different halls, including for hookah smokers and not. We were sitting on the veranda. The staff is amazing, the kitchen too. Everything was incredibly delicious. A little later in the evening, a girl sang. My friends and I got high from the place and the environment.
