Neat rooms, good breakfasts. Kazkom ATM is on the ground floor.

Of the cons:
- The windows of one half of the rooms overlook a busy street - it's a little noisy in the room, because the windows are micro-ventilated;
- The prices on the restaurant menu are too high;
- Paid printing of documents at the reception. It's a small thing, but it's unpleasant))

It is adjacent to the historical part of the city. Good service. Nice rooms. The windows of the odd rooms overlook the street - it is quite noisy in the morning. It is also noisy in the rooms above the restaurant kitchen (for example, 204) - you can hear the refrigerator downstairs. Restaurant - they cook delicious, but for a long time.
