We stood in line for about 3 hours, and 1 window was open at passport control. Huge annoying horseflies were flying everywhere, it was hot, and the air conditioner was not working in the room where passport control took place. I didn't see a toilet, nor did I see any garbage cans. Drivers, be sure to get a ticket for passing border control so as not to detain themselves. Sometimes, there are particularly "smart and cunning" drivers who drive on the wrong side of the road, which makes the rest stand longer.
