I would like to express my gratitude to the border guards of the Kayrak checkpoint. We crossed the border in 10 minutes. The border guards are polite and friendly. The staff worked quickly, smoothly, and in an organized manner. All the windows at passport control were open, and the inspection of the car also did not take much time. It is clear that they were preparing for the influx of people with the beginning of the autumn holidays)
I want to add a review: the situation has changed!!!We are now standing for the third hour in front of the Kazakh border, 3 Gazelles have just passed right in front of us, which arrived about twenty minutes ago. The question arises, at least, about bias, and, at most, think for yourself... This has never happened before. I ask the management to pay attention. On August 17, 19.50, there is a shift at the Kazakhstan entrance barrier! We are ready to stand for a long time, we understand that the border is loaded, the weekend is over... But against someone having an advantage.
Dear border guards of the Republic of Kazakhstan and specifically the Kayrak checkpoint!
Congratulations on your professional holiday! I live in the Republic of Kazakhstan, my daughter is in the Russian Federation, as you know, I have to cross the border often)))I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of the Kayrak checkpoint! They are always polite, competent, friendly, there are practically no queues! Thank you for your hard work and for your responsibility. You are the real face of our country! Happy holidays to you, happiness, health and all the best!
With deep respect, Natalia Grebenshchikova. P.Karabalyk.
I often have to work at the border and I always rejoice at the clear work of Kazakhstani border guards and customs officers. They quickly skip cars and quickly register. However, I am outraged that we, ordinary citizens, stand in line and wait in the wings, while minibuses with passengers pass without a queue. To do this, it is enough for the driver to jump out of the car, shake hands with the border guard at the barrier and - oh, a miracle! They pass without delay! There was another moment today. We were in a hurry to get on the plane, having tickets on hand. I approached the border guard at the barrier and asked him to let me through, to which he refused: there are a lot of you like that. Then a citizen came up to me and asked me to let a minivan with 6 passengers pass, referring to some influential person. She let this border guard listen to an appeal asking him to skip and that everything was coordinated with his superiors. Mr. Mukanov, the border guard (this is how he introduced himself to the person on the call), missed this transport (I may be mistaken, but this has signs of corruption. Why did Nikula miss Mukanov who was in no hurry, but did not listen to him with plane tickets. Fortunately, the Russian Federation understood us and met us halfway, and thanks to them, we managed to catch a plane. I will not agree to say that we are to blame ourselves. We left at 5.30 am, it was just incredible! The questions are: why do minibuses fly without a queue and the second question:are trips by phone allowed????? Are there any elements of corruption in these situations? Please give me an answer. It's a shame for Kazakhstan: everyone sees everything that is happening and the corresponding opinion is expressed in the opinion of the people of the country
