The queues are quite long, but everything goes very quickly. I was lucky and took the last shoes of my size, that is, the situation with the finished size is, in general, real. However, all the equipment is in good condition. They will answer all your questions and prompt you. In general, everything is quite conveniently and thoughtfully done. I don't know about the prices, because I haven't compared them with other places (I just heard that it will be a little cheaper to get equipment in Minsk).

Good organization, electronic queue, positive, very friendly staff! Even if the first time, like my daughter and I, it was difficult to figure it out... the guys helped with the shoes and the fasteners. Happiness and gratitude to them!!!!! We got a lot of positive emotions and planned to repeat it right away, I really wanted more! And they helped me take off my shoes, too, for the first time with these shoes. 🫶🙏🤗🧷💪🤝⭐️

We arrived in a large company on Sat 22.02.25 at 10 a.m., someone with their own equipment, someone without. When we took the ticket, there were 55 people in front of us in the queue, and we decided to take a queue at the lower rental office. After standing there for 30 minutes, we were told that the equipment had run out - we returned to the upper rental.
It's simply unthinkable to spend 3 hours with a whole company renting a pair of skis!
Because we received our kit only at 14:00. By this time, I was already hungry. I was very sorry for the people who came, including with the children. Tired and hungry, we went for a ride
The slides are generally good, snowy, and level, but there are long queues for the lift.
It's scary to even imagine what happens here during the season and the January holidays.
