I've known this email for many years. The staff is working fine, the service is good (I'm talking about myself personally). Of course, it used to be much freer, but when the forwarding functions were transferred from the branch to the head office, it became much worse. But this is not the fault of the staff, everything is banal - there is a lack of space and therefore a large crowd of visitors. And then there is the sending, formation and receipt of parcels. As for receiving pensions and paying for apartments, the people must take care of themselves, i.e. pensions on bank cards, and the rent will still have to be paid through information kiosks or pay % rates by mail for actions on transfer to the ERIP. So, go ahead, study the rules for using information kiosks dear CITIZENS and CITIZENS, as the inhabitants of Odessa say.
