And also when they started to figure it out, Gennady generally began to provide some fake electronic files without a signature and seal. Saying that he doesn't have any others. And they don't fire him because he's a relative of the owner.

Never set foot in this clinic again. They brought a kitten with vomiting , it 's right on the table at the * doctor* Catherine was sick. So what? We were given glucose and sent home to observe for two weeks. OK, we returned home and he was getting worse. We went back to the clinic, insisted that we take an analysis from him, took it, tore off the money, and we could get the result of the analysis only after 2.5 days, and then when we just started demanding. But by that time, the cat was already being treated at another clinic. Precious time was lost, thanks to the *specialists* from Pulse. Koteyka went to the rainbow. By the way, both my daughter and I wrote to them, we didn't even get a reply and, of course, no apologies....

The clinic positions itself as a 24-hour clinic, but today, since 3 a.m., none of these numbers have been answered. My cat was chewed by a stray dog on the street, they couldn't get through to the Pulse… The first person who responded was called… The doctor said that there was internal bleeding and a fractured pelvis, and gave injections.By 6 a.m., our cat had gone to the rainbow...😭On social networks, I was told that the doctor was alone and could not always answer the call due to workload and that it was necessary to take a pet… I can't believe that from 3 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. the doctor on duty couldn't pick up the phone!
