We rested with my husband at this hotel from 11/23/2024 to 11/29/2024. We liked the hotel. The rooms are spacious, everything is there for a comfortable stay. The territory is well maintained, green. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach, who does not want to walk, electric cars drive every 5 minutes. The beach is clean, there were enough sun beds for everyone, beach towels are issued by cards on the beach. The sea is warm and clean. Yes, as many people write, room cleaning suffers, but we don't clean our houses every day either. We asked that at least water be brought. About the food: the restaurant is clean, there were enough tables for everyone, we ate outside, there was enough food too, we constantly put in how this or that dish ended, it was delicious, we did not get tired during this time. Of course, I wanted seafood a little more. The fruits were watermelons, oranges, grapefruit, melons, dates, pineapples. The pastries are delicious. Rice, potatoes, chicken, fish, pasta, stewed vegetables, beans have always been there. there is a supermarket 15-20 minutes walk away (the landmark is the blue hotel). you can take a taxi (taxis are constantly on site). we drove there and back for 30 dirhams + he waited for us until we bought everything. Don't be afraid of taxi drivers, the country is as safe as possible.
the room has: iron, hair dryer, TV (Russian channels are available), gels/ shampoos/ soap, refrigerator, scales, kettle, mugs/glasses, tea, safe, hangers.

In the last days of rest, there was a serious problem with dinner. By 19.00 there was a queue of 40 people. And it's at the main entrance, and the smartest ones came in from the pool side. If you arrive by 7.15 pm, you will not be allowed in, because there are no empty tables. And such a picture will be around 20.30. In my opinion, the restaurant is not designed to serve so many people. If the lidi are suitable for breakfast and lunch evenly throughout the entire work time, then in the evening, due to the fact that there is no place else to go, it turns out to be a big problem. And at the same time, a completely empty restaurant on the waterfront, but it is not included in the all-inclusive system. It was possible to make this restaurant with one free visit at least 1 time per stay, by appointment it significantly unloaded the main restaurant.

There are several restaurants on site, we really liked the Libyan restaurant, I recommend it to visit, there is very tasty food and large portions. There is also a swimming pool, several bars, coffee and tea areas on site.

There are many construction sites around the hotel. It feels like I'm not in a resort town, but in a manufacturing one, where there are only factories and construction sites around. If you go out on the balcony, you will not be able to sit quietly, the sounds of cranes and other special equipment will annoy you.
The hotel itself looks good externally. Inside the hotel, the lobby is spacious, but the smell is unusual, but I think the locals like this smell. Something like a citrus scent with different oriental flavors. When I stopped by with my wife, there were 2 girls at the reception, one of whom was receiving guests, and the second was standing looking at the monitor. I had to wait before they spoke to me. I arrived in the morning, around 10 o'clock, check-in at 15:00. I filled out the form, and they told me that if the room was available earlier, they would call me. I waited in the lobby on the couch until 13:30, then I went back to the reception and asked about the room and was told that it was free. I wondered why they hadn't called me. But I didn't ask, I was very tired. By the way, this is a 5-star hotel.
There was an unpleasant smell in the room, which I soon got used to.
There are few light bulbs in the room, it is dark even when I turn on absolutely all light sources.
The TV is not smart. From a more or less watchable - TNT. And so the TV has a built-in device in which the hotel software is installed and you can watch only a few channels, of which only 3 are Russian-speaking.
The hotel's restaurant is small, which is why there is a queue for breakfast, lunch and dinner in front of the restaurant doors. The food in the containers is not updated, which means that you need to come early and stand in line to get food (self-service here), otherwise you simply have to go without dishes. The variety is normal, you can eat enough.
The location of the hotel is very inconvenient, there are no shops nearby, you will have to take a taxi to any store. There is nowhere to walk on the street, you will have to walk to more or less beautiful and bright streets for at least half an hour in the heat, there are endless construction sites everywhere.
As a result, you can come here to relax in 10 years, when everything is rebuilt and you can safely walk on the street.
It's hard to say that the hotel is 5 stars. The disadvantages are obvious from the first second and kill the whole impression.

The hotel has excellent sound insulation, there are several halls, toilets, a gift shop, a small coffee shop with sweets, a table for free drinks, a restaurant for tourists. The reception is open around the clock. The rooms are large, with a balcony, there is everything you need, even a smart speaker. Cleaning by order on the scoreboard. In the restaurant you can always find your favorite dishes, lots of pastries and cakes, coffee, tea, juices, fruits. It suited us. It is a pity that the hotel does not have a shuttle and you have to take a taxi around the city to get to the shopping center. There are no shops nearby. I liked the hotel, although it was a vacation time and the parents came to relax with the children, there was no animation and the children suffered from idleness and tormented their parents. And so 10 days were enough to relax, swim, sunbathe and take a walk.

The restaurant has no frills, but for every taste. Fish, lamb, beef, chicken. There is a children's menu. There are two types of soups for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also milk porridge in the morning. Omelet, fried eggs are prepared in turn. Delicious bread, pastries for every taste. Vegetables and fruits are more difficult. But this is in all UAE hotels of this level, for such money. Don't expect abundance....in general, the food is normal. You won't stay hungry. Room cleaning, every day, but there are adventures, then the water will not be put on, you have to call the reception, then they will take away all the towels and you sit waiting for them to be brought to you, after again calling the reception. Well, obviously not five stars, with this approach.
Meal
We were in 2 restaurants, but mostly went where the stairs at the reception. The food is meager and monotonous. For lunch, meat is chicken, stewed beef and 2 times there was mutton, one type of fish.
Breakfast is standard, pancakes, waffles, fried eggs.
Dinner is no different from lunch.
Fruits apples, watermelon, oranges, tasteless melon, pineapple, I didn't see anything else.
What surprised me was that if the food trays are empty and, for example, the meat is running out, they do not change immediately and do not bring new portions. I also saw lettuce, apples and oranges in yogurt and tadam.... sausages, apparently what's left of the morning meal. Arugula salad with watermelon is also a theme. Well, everyone's tastes are different. The waiters are running, trying, there are no questions for them.
As for the bars.
On the beach, the bar opens at 10-00 with non-alcoholic drinks, alco from 11-00
What's the joke, if you're relaxing as a couple, be ready to walk together, because one drink in one hand. It was also wildly annoying. The same tactic is used in restaurants during lunch and dinner. If you want to take a drink for yourself and your partner, forget it, you can't do that and they immediately point to the sign where these hotel rules are indicated.
As for the beach. The bay is gorgeous, the water is super, probably this saved the rest. Starfish underfoot, small fish, crabs.But there are disadvantages here too.
The beach is dirty and they are in no hurry to clean it up before the morning visit. On weekends, the locals come and the beach turns into a jet ski race, you feel like you're in a hive, everything buzzes and growls. People probably occupy the sun beds from 6 in the morning, but we came by 8 and always found 2 free.Once it was that security was collecting towels from sunbeds where there were no people, why and why is not clear (be prepared for this) They take you to the beach on a golf cart, a pleasant option, but also walk for 5 minutes maximum.
We took an excursion to Dubai, picked it up at 10:00 and returned at 23:50.It was worth it, there are a lot of impressions, I highly recommend it.But there was also an extra waste of time, a visit to the pharmacy with a lecture on miracle oils that save from any diseases and a market that is more expensive than a super market 3 times. We took it through a hotel guide. Omar, an interesting and well-read man, was a wonderful guide on the bus.

The hotel is a little "tired", with"at one time with a luxurious renovation, but not bad, the main thing is that it is clean everywhere and the rooms are cleaned every day, but at your request.That is, every day the maids ring the doorbell and ask:Do I need cleaning or what needs to be changed?Should I bring water or change towels?Alternatively, you can hang a tag on the handle asking you to clean the room and or not to disturb.
Additionally, everything is on request.
The staff at the reception is responsive, Russian-speaking staff are always present, and the entire staff understands a lot of Russian.

You can officially change the room on the spot, for an additional fee, if you don't like it, but before check-in.
The sea is across the street, close, 3-5 min walk or 1 minute drive by car, which run every 3-5 minutes between the hotel and the beach.

If you want to go to the grocery store or to a small mall, there is always a taxi near the hotel, which will take you to the nearest shopping center for 23-25 dirhams in one direction.

We checked out of the hotel at 14:30, when asked to stay in the room for 2 hours until 14:00, we were politely refused, citing the influx of vacationers.
We spent these 2 hours in the lobby, since there are always a lot of empty seats in the lobby.
