A super hotel! the real 5**. It is located on a mountain, but everything is nearby. You can use cars to move around, but walking is more pleasant and faster). The breakfast is gorgeous, just like in the Maldives in 5-rks. 2 swimming pools, sun beds are always available. There are practically no idiots who take up space and do not come, and if there are individuals, the staff takes things and towels from the sun beds at the pool reception. The view from all the pools is amazing. The employees are all very attentive and solve all issues instantly. The access to Nai Ton beach is super convenient, a few steps and you're on the beach. The beach is not crowded and wonderful with creaking sand. On the road along the beach there are markets with mangoes, etc. an exchanger, a shop, massage parlors and many restaurants. P.S. do not go to the nearest restaurant from the hotel along the beach, the food sucks :)

An interesting hotel with a huge territory, which is transported by cool cars. Always polite staff, appropriate attitude. The elements breakfasts are very tasty, with a large selection of everything. There are several restaurants and bars on site, 2 swimming pools, and plenty of sun beds. I really enjoyed my stay here! It's a bit expensive, but it's possible that this is due to the fact that we took a ticket through Anex tour (Pegasus select). We enjoyed our stay in Phuket to the maximum :)
There is a gym (free of charge), a massage parlor (for a fee). A quiet, cozy beach next to many cafes. We chose a hotel for a honeymoon - we would have chosen a simpler one for just a vacation))

Great place and hotel.
It took a long time to choose and compare.
There are no disadvantages.The hotel and rooms are purely for Asia and 5-star hotels.Cleaning is daily, the territory is large and green, there are two pools for everyone.There are no difficulties going down to the sea, we are not athletes and it took 1 minute.Plus, the beach is empty and it's convenient that there are shops, cafes, fruits, massages and whatever you want.The staff is very friendly and helpful.The prices are high in the hotel, the water for our money is 500 rubles.We took meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.And they didn't regret a bit.There was unsanitary conditions everywhere in the city and cafes, everything was delicious and clean in the hotel.The breakfasts were great, and there were often barbecue and seafood parties for dinner.The location is far from the hangouts, but we took a moped-and it wasn't difficult for us to get to any point.An hour drive to the Buddha,Bangla Road -30 minutes.The rest was wonderful and magnificent all 2 weeks.Thank you, and we are glad that we chose a high-level premium hotel, the impressions did not spoil and we are not disappointed.

A wonderful stay in a luxury hotel!! We had a rest from October 28 to November 6 , the weather is gorgeous , the waves on the sea are strong , it was stormy !!! Breakfasts 10/10 , ham , tuna , red fish , cheeses, freshly squeezed juices , serving 10/10 will escort you to the table and ask what you want coffee, tea, champagne ( paid ) . The hotel is surrounded by greenery, the views of the beach and the sea are breathtaking , infinity pools, there were no problems with sun beds , room cleaning is excellent , everything is in the room , even an ironing board ! The deposit is $600 . 5 minutes and you are on the beach , next to the cafe there is a market to eat , there is a lot of fruit , not a large supermarket , but I missed 7 elevens , I really missed it .

We came here for a week at the end of January 2025. I really liked the villa, its own pool is always a plus. And here it is also quite long. That is, it is not just a place where you can take a dip, but where you can swim. Private pool with sunset view, what's the buzz? Rush. The villa itself is very well designed. If you want, here's an outdoor outdoor shower; if you want, here's a regular indoor shower; if you want, here's a bathroom with access to the pool. The pool, by the way, goes around the entire villa and you can enter it from the relaxation area with sun beds, as well as from the bathtub or directly from the bedroom. 😻👌🏽

The hotel grounds themselves are also beautiful. They have sooooo many rooms. There are only 7 villas. So the capacity of the hotel is huge. But there was no feeling of a crowd because they provided 2 pools at two different ends of the territory.
The fitness room is not large, but everything you need is there. I went there for muaythai - the mats are a bit hard and very slippery. It's not very convenient to practice.
Service: well.. There is definitely no need to compare with the Maldivian fives. I'm telling you that for sure, it's easier to deal with it here. Cleaning top. It was cleaned very well. The basik was also cleaned daily and efficiently. But the front desk... it's the reception desk. This is the weakest point of the hotel. I somehow got used to feeling like a long-awaited guest in hotels of this kind, you know, when there is direct cordiality and hospitality. There was no such thing here... here you are not an expensive guest, but a distant relative from Voronezh, whom my mother asked to take in for a short time.
I remember calling them on the phone, ordering food and champagne in the room. Guys, they have this champagne all over the hotel. In every corner. Bottom line: the food arrived, but there was no champagne. Ok. The second time they brought it... but not that😂 From the third time - bingo
When you make a phone call at the reception, they answer quickly, blurrily, and rush to hang up. And what did you hear / didn't hear; understood / didn't understand - that's your problem

Food: The breakfasts are very good. Yes. They are really quite tasty But the pack is very slow there. For those who live in villas (it seems according to this principle), a beautiful stand with three tiers is additionally placed on the table for each breakfast: drinks on one, an interesting snack on the other, and dessert on the third. Such a complimentary set. But they regularly forgot to do this. On the day of departure, breakfast is also a complement in the form of some author's treats. It's a pity I couldn't say goodbye- they brought it exactly at the moment when we had already eaten and got up from the table. And here, get it right. It's not that this food was vital. It's about service, care. If there is such a feature, then you can get high from it. That's the little thing that feels good. But because of that very sluggishness, you lose it.
Here in the comments, they like to compare this hotel with Maldivian luxury hotels... have you been to them? There is no such thing. The staff there is so dedicated that there are practically no minor misfires.
What else? Oh, the dinners. You can visit themed ones: barbecue / Thai street food / if you have a holiday, choose the appropriate menu.
I highly recommend barbecue👌🏽🔥 Really sooooo delicious-you won't regret it.

We didn't go to the local spa. Preferring massage parlors outside the hotel. The cost of a massage at a hotel spa is on average the same as in the Maldives. But! In the Maldives, of course, there is no choice. Either you do it at the hotel, or you stay without a massage. They can put any price there, and they will be right. And here, this price tag is a little off topic, to be honest. When exactly the same masseuses 300m from the hotel will do exactly the same massage 5-10(!) times cheaper, The difference of 2-3 times is absolutely clear- no questions asked. But 5-10 is too much, I think.

Nice hotel on a great beach. A special feature of the hotel is the location of the houses with a large height difference, we got the topmost house. There was often a problem with waiting up to 20 minutes for the car to get to the room or to the reception. The Italian restaurant was disappointing, pizza margarita is far from Italian cuisine. A wonderful hotel, wonderful unobtrusive service. Modern stylish. The views are amazing. It is located on a hill, there is no beach of its own-a rather steep ladder and a bridge across the river leads to the public one. It is cloudy and really flows past one of the buildings, but I didn't feel any particular unpleasant smell, except for the usual ones for Thailand. The breakfasts are very plentiful and varied. There has always been blue cheese and camembert. Fruits are plentiful. The coffee is delicious!
I really like the nature-saving concept of the hotel: water is abundant in reusable glass bottles in the rooms, in a taxi from the hotel, there are always two water tanks by the pool-just water and orange-mint-reusable glasses, paper tubes are served to coconuts.
A lot of things have been thought out: umbrellas, bathrobes in the rooms are very comfortable and stylish-I only walked in it for a couple of days, a beach bag is large, comfortable and beautiful, beach towels can be taken to the beach freely, there is a flashlight, of course a safe, a hairdryer, disposable toothbrushes and other small things, an iron and ironing board the board. The only thing that is not thought out-there is not enough dryer on the balcony, I had to hang on the back of the chair and railing. The air conditioner works perfectly. There is no fan and no mosquito net, so it is possible to sleep only with closed doors-windows and with air conditioning.
There are several levels on the territory of the hotel itself, beautiful from anywhere.

The most disgusting place I've ever been. This hotel has only one advantage, it has a view of the surroundings. Although many hotels on the first coastline have such a view.
I'll go through the cons:
1) number:
Nipped. The doors to the bathroom (compartment) are loose. The hair dryer is not about anything at all. I only dry their bangs for 5 minutes. Weak. It's barely blowing. The room is dark. There's not much light in the tub. Getting together in the evening is a huge problem. There are no hooks in the room. There's no place to hang a towel at all. There is no place to dry swimsuits and towels on the balcony. Only on the railings, which are insanely dirty.
2) if you are accommodated in a distant building, then be ready to either walk or wait for a car that will take you, God willing, 10 minutes.
3) There is no food. From the word at all. It's really not tasty, they don't know how to cook here. Except maybe shrimp. They ask for a joke, you speak average. But at the same time, the soup is brought without any spicy at all. And it's so hot that your mouth burns like hell.
4) the service is at zero. You order a beer. So to get it, you need to wait for the waiter to chat with other waiters, sit, chat with everyone he sees. But then she remembers that she has a beer waiting for her, which needs to be delivered. And he brings it as soon as he brings dinner. And you just sat there for half an hour and waited.
5) we ordered two gin and tonics in the lobby. There were more than 300 written. As a result, we were charged 1,000 baht. I understand the tax. But I don't understand how they count it so much.
I'm resting here for the first day and I'm just sick of this place. This hotel deserves a maximum of 3*. A lot of other things will pop up during the rest period . But I don't think there will be a single advantage.
This is the first time I've encountered such a nightmare.
And keep in mind that the prices on the territory of the hotel are simply space. The margin is simply unrealistic. For example, a 0.33 cola for a hotel costs 15-17 baht, and a hotel costs 110 baht. I do not recommend this hotel for family holidays. We chose this hotel on the recommendation of our friend, who had been here before and was very satisfied, but apparently during her absence the hotel has changed a lot and changed for the worse. We did not pay a small amount of money for this hotel and we definitely did not expect to get such a bad stay. And so, about the cons and pros of the hotel.
I'll start with the surrounding area:
1. Next to the hotel there is a village and a beach, here you can eat in several cafes, there are really only 2 more or less normal ones.
2. Massage parlors on the beach were also visited by several, tested, as a result, one of the 3 we trusted and that, only because there is no desire to spend more the testoives are in the rest, since even their appearance is "sad" and does not inspire confidence.
3. ATMs work every other time, they don't work more often, and cash is needed here.
4. The beach is cleaned next to the hotel, but it is cleaned for show, there is always some garbage there!
5. It is quite problematic to call a taxi to decent restaurants, a shopping center, since there is no understanding for 7 people and a taxi service that 7 people will not fit into a sedan 😂
In general, near the hotel and decent, these are only beautiful views, provided that you will look from a bird's eye view from the lobby of the hotel.
About the hotel territory
1. The hotel is for people who like to be on the move! You will have to move constantly, since the hotel is located on a mountain, then, for example, to use the services and services of the hotel, you will have to walk along numerous ascents and stairs, the transfer to or from the room was not waiting for a few, they simply do not have time to transport people, since there are very few cars and complex logistics for the movement of these cars.
2. There are only 2 swimming pools on site! One of them is only for adults and it is the cleanest and requires minimal repair, but a large pool where adults and children swim, tiles fall off there, my daughter even cut dirty water, floating dirt is visible in it without an armed glance.
The view from the collapsing pool is gorgeous, there's no arguing!
3. Fitness, there are strictly limited places, the gym is very small and to occupy the track, you probably need to buy it out 😂
4. There is no animation here, there is absolutely nothing for children to do.
5. There are a lot of cockroaches and bugs moving around the territory, but that's okay, it's Thai, but not all girls with such a neighborhood are ready to live in a hotel.
6. Showers near the pool, in one of my daughter's legs got stuck (my daughter is 5 years old), she got stuck between the cracks in the boards. A few days later, apparently someone else was in the same shower room and it was repaired for a couple of days.
7. Next to the lobby there is only one location where you can cool off, there is air conditioning, but there are people there all the time and the number of seats is very limited (in summer, the room has a billiard table, several monoblocks, TV and sofa.
8. The staircase that leads from the hotel to the beach is an attraction, you can break there, because the climb is very steep and the steps are very high and curved, and in some places they are not even steps, but just some pieces of cement, stones.
9. In the morning, you will wake up early not from the singing of birds, but from cleaning the territory from foliage, they clean it with battery tools and every day, they are quite noisy, so you will not get enough sleep)
About the hotel service
1. There are no Russian speakers here and not everyone can speak English, sometimes you need to complete such a quest to achieve what you want.
2. Spa, only for an additional fee.
3. Food and drinks, the main disadvantage is the cost, since they do not cook at the level stated in the price list. We somehow organized a dinner to compensate for the inconveniences provided, so we had to stand in line for food and all this in the heat, there was also an air conditioner that was not working.
4. You can get to the restaurant without booking, but you will have to wait a couple of hours or take a taxi for about 1000 baht and go to the nearest restaurant.
5. Yesterday, the air conditioners in our building broke down in the afternoon and of course by the evening it was impossible to stay in the room, high humidity and heat are doing their job! After long conversations, we were moved from one room to another, and a room of a smaller category, but we were moved only after we arrived at the reception, the issue was not resolved by phone.
We had to spend the night in this room, but it has a terrible smell of dampness, I do not know how vacationers should spend their holidays in such a room.
About the rooms:
1. Everything is morally and physically outdated, it's not 5 *, it's 3-4 maximum!
2. Cleaning every day, there are no questions here.
3. Cockroaches are running around, here xs is how it relates.
4. For 2 adults and 2 children, there are 2 small beds and a cot, there are no other options here. By the way, this is not the easiest room category for us)) and as you know, we paid extra for this and not a little, "this" is a cot.
We are 7 people, 2 families and 2 rooms.And then a few emergency situations , briefly:
1. The sewage system became clogged, they were moved to another room.
2. The air conditioners broke down, they were moved to another room for a while.
3. A downpour and it is not possible to wait for the transfer from the room for breakfast, as a result, we walked in the rain with children in our arms.
I have never written a review about a hotel where people rested with such a negative mood. We had a lot of family vacations and it wasn't the first time in Tae, but with such "pleasure" for the first time!
In general, I wrote this because I don't want people to spend their holidays as "qualitatively" as we do!

The breakfasts are very diverse, every day there is a new themed cuisine, then Indian, then Chinese, then Korean. Sooo much baking, a variety of sweets. Juices for every taste and choice, cooked quickly from any selected fruits or vegetables. Even a bloody Mary is made for those who wish. Champagne is not expensive for a fee.
The fact that there is no beach of its own did not cause much discomfort. For us, there was a plus, to get to it we had to walk up steep stairs, we are a sports family.
In general, you need to have strong legs and a good breathing apparatus to walk around the hotel, because the paths are solid steep descents and ascents. But the services of cars are always and often.
There are two swimming pools on the territory, one with a beautiful view of the sea. It was problematic to find a free sunbed during the day, we always went to the sea!
Naithon Beach (Naithon Beach, in some sources Naiton Beach Phuket) near Phuket airport. Such a dubious neighborhood scared me at first, but it does not violate the idyll, since the noise is inaudible at all, even in the part of the coast that is located as close as possible to the airport.

We have been to Phuket many times. We spent 2 weeks in Pullman Arcadia and we didn't have enough.
This hotel impressed us to the core and has remained in my heart forever.

I don't recommend it. The rooms are old, the hotel is tired, located on a mountain, the transport is poorly organized, and they also carry disgusting Suzuki with torn chairs. We got hit twice so they gave us a ride, and the rest was on foot. A couple of times they waited 15-20 minutes at the bottom of the hotel for us to be lifted up. As a result, we went on foot with the child in our arms. The food is not good, the pool is full of torn tiles. The beach nearby is also average. The hotel is not 5 stars at all. I do not advise preschool children at all, my daughter and I were 4 years old, they settled us relatively not far from the lobby, and this is 65 steps up and two more times up the hill 150 meters. And the beach. A 5* hotel without its own beach. There is no equipped place of its own. I understand that this is a nature reserve and you can not put sun beds. But some area can be improved without them.

A huge green area, incredibly beautiful lighting in the evening, it is convenient that there is an exit to the beach, although, of course, you have to overcome a steep staircase.)) Breakfasts with a huge selection of dishes: from the usual porridge (however, every day there was only the same oatmeal)/eggs in different variations to Asian soups, noodles, etc., which can be collected to your taste. Very tasty pastries.
It's not a minus, but nowhere was it said that upon arrival you need to leave a deposit of $ 500 (you can use them to order drinks at the bar, food, go to the spa, etc., the balance is refunded).
Of the cons:
1. A very modest menu in the cafe by the pool (this is the only point where you can have lunch at the hotel) and in the evening (if, for example, you checked in late and need to order room service). Also, in general, there is some kind of incomprehensible system of the restaurant during the day / evening, so we basically never had lunch or dinner at the hotel.
2. You definitely need a moped or a car, you can't get anywhere without transport, the line by the beach is completely boring by Thai standards.
3. The price at the spa is amazing.))) In the salons of foot massage, for example, in the area of 400-600 baht, in the hotel such a service will cost 3000 baht. And this is one of the cheapest procedures.

Excellent location, not far from the airport and located on one of the best beaches. The beach is clean, not densely populated)). The territory of the hotel is well maintained, but everything is on the mountain and you can't run much with small children or the elderly. It saves internal cars, and you can use them to get to the beach. Of course, they don't bother with maintenance. I'll put a solid three, although it's a Tie, who's straining there at all)) Unfortunately, during the pandemic and the absence of guests, the service has sunk. It turned out to be difficult for them to ensure 100% loading on New Year's holidays. Food, I don't like this whole Asian thing … But what to do! At breakfast you can easily find all the European cuisine, at lunch you can also order from the menu. There are great grillpats in the evenings! In general, we live, especially since there is a wonderful Italian restaurant on the territory.

We lived in Pullman from June 3 to June 18, 2024.
For us, the significant disadvantages that affect our comfort are:
There is no separate bed for a child of 10 years old!
The Deluxe room. They put two single beds for three of us in it! How to sleep is not clear. There was an armchair in the photo from the hotel and we thought when booking that it was folding, but no, it's just an armchair.
We ended up with these two single beds pushed together. It turned out to be such a bed for three people. Yes, it's big. But we are not comfortable sleeping with a child in the same bed and under the same one!blanket. There's a mattress hole in the middle. I'm honestly suffering because of this.
The room really has a place to put 1 single bed and one 2 bedroom.
If you check into the same room with a child of 10 years old and take payment for three, why is this not provided initially?
If this hotel was 18+, then they would not accept money from us and would not give it out in the search!
Of course, there are parents who sleep in the same bed with their child from birth to 10th grade, but I can't do that!
We were offered to pay for another extra bed, but my dear ones, we bought a tour for three people, not for two and it cost more, why should I still pay on top of what we are obliged to provide for three?
There is no gig. shower in the bathroom! A hotel of this level must have either a gig shower or a bidet. Is this a 5* hotel?))
The bathroom door does not close.
The mold in the bathroom is black. The table top is stained. Plumbing is cracked. Repairs were done by hand from another place. The ceiling paint is smeared on the decorative panel.

We have a swimming pool under the window, but there is a BUT!You can't use the pool under the window, because it's the first time we've encountered this with children! This is generally know-how.. Adults only!

Pool - pieces of tiles fall out and children constantly pull out new fallen off tiles.
The children's room is small and for toddlers, but I haven't seen anything of entertainment for teenagers yet.
Upon check-in, we were not told anything about the hotel, what is included, where is what, what advantages are there, and the infrastructure, what time does it open / close-0 information.
I didn't expect this level from this hotel.
And we also had an animal in our room-I'm not afraid of them, but my friend would definitely not appreciate it.
Maybe we were so lucky and all the possible shoals happened to us.
I will not recommend it to anyone!

On July 8, another incident happened, after which our nerves gave up - in the morning we went to the toilet and there the sewer flows out! There is yellow water in the common corridor and the stench is terrible!
After our complaints, we were moved to another 7th building.
In honor of this event (sewage), we were invited at the expense of the hotel for dinner, which costs 1,399 baht per person for free.
But even here, of course, we did not expect that at dinner we had to stand in line in the heat for 25 minutes for meat, shrimp, and there was no question of the declared lobsters - we did not see them at all. Of course, we found something to eat, but we were very disappointed with the service.
But we didn't manage to live in Building 7 for long either, and there are disadvantages there. It's like we got into a cross - a new number, new problems! The air conditioner doesn't work here! In Thailand, it's a complete disaster without air conditioning. It's impossible to sleep!
We notified the Urs manager about this, called the reception at 19.45. They called the installers, but nothing could be fixed. At 23 o'clock, we reminded ourselves again. They called the reception, wrote-there were no offers on their part, only a conditional wait for the work to be carried out. But everyone is tired of waiting in the heat! The men went to sort things out at the reception and only after that we were offered another room for the night. As a result, at midnight at half past midnight, we managed to move to another room. But there's a surprise there too! There was no bed for the child! The bathroom door is broken, it does not close completely, the glass door in the bathroom is hitting the tile and the most terrible thing is the stench of mold! But the air conditioner works.
At one o'clock in the morning, a bed was brought for the child. That's really how we play tag. Or this is good, but the other is not very good. Like choose the best from the worst.
By passing this, we were sick and sick in a circle from all possible places. Whether it's a local virus or the quality of the food, we don't know.
We spent extra money on medicines.
This is our most expensive and most terrible vacation. Utter disappointment and regret for the money spent! How we wanted to take a break from work and from everyday worries, but it turned out to be the worst!
What will happen next is a question.
Today at 15.30 we were offered to look at other rooms and plus we were promised that 15,000 baht would be deducted from our deposit.
We looked at it. We were satisfied that we would spend at least 3 nights in a normal room.
I had to write a sequel. On the very first night, the air conditioner stopped working and the lights went out.
