A few words about the disadvantages… The entrance door is directly from the street and without a vestibule, in severe frosts a small draft and a garden for small visitors will already have to be missed due to illness. The windows were not completely washed after opening and neither the stickers nor the cork oak construction gaskets were completely removed. This is a small thing that reflects the general approach and means that with a more thorough analysis, you can find a number of critical and significant shortcomings. Visitors and the administration of the institution, represented by the "director" of the chain Maria and the "head" of the branch Alina, park right on the sidewalk near the entrance to the institution, ignoring the comments of local residents. During major events, sound equipment is brought, the ceiling is sound-proofed and besides, it does not look quite presentable against the general background, it would be quite possible to make it suspended by the type of Grillato. Thus, during the period of major children's holidays, the daytime sleep of infants above the floors located and the good mood of their mothers is now under great question. In this institution, apparently, a lot of mental strength and material resources have been invested, but the above-mentioned details and not quite a good choice of location spoil all the good impression.

We have been to this game 2 times. My impressions are mixed. The first time, everything was great, lots of toys, everything was clean. My son was delighted. The second visit disappointed us. There are very few toys, some are broken and torn, and the lounge area near the hinoki pool is dusty and dirty.

I am very glad that there is such a wonderful place for children near the house, we have been visiting very often since the opening. But! Unfortunately, the longer the button works, the more negligent the employees are about their work. It's very dirty, no one returns toys to their place during the day, it's utter chaos on the second floor, there are toys in the sandbox and the dry pool that shouldn't be there (if it's just not pleasant in the sandbox, then it can be traumatic in the pool). It is absolutely not interesting for children to play when the kitchen and garden area is empty, and what should be there is scattered all over the button. I understand that other children were playing, but the children have left, and no one is putting things in order. My review has been compiled for a long time, this is not a one-time nuisance. Coming to a place where there are no children or 1-2, you want to have a good time, and not to sort through the rubble in search of toys. Children are simply not interested in playing in the classroom. I would put it down to the administrator's workload, but unfortunately that's not the point. I really hope for changes for the better, and then I will change my review. Sincerely, regular guests of Pugovka.

We visited this children's cafe 2 times and got a completely different impression. For the first time, we were delighted with the size of the cafe and the new beautiful toys. The second time, unfortunately, the overall impression remained negative. After about half an hour in the cafe, the employee asked to take the stroller outside, as there were many guests. The request itself is clear to me. But it's unpleasant that in the cold I had to leave a one-year-old child unattended in a cafe and go to roll a stroller outside at -13 degrees. Then the child needed a diaper, there were only 2 diapers in the toilet of the cafe, the size of a newborn. I had to go outside again (I keep them in the stroller) and leave the child alone again. When we were about to leave, a dressed and shod child (not sitting in a stroller, as she was waiting for us outside) ran towards the play area while I was buttoning my shoes. To this, I received a remark from an employee, "but carpet is not allowed in shoes!". Thanks to one of the visitors who helped me catch the baby, because the employee was clearly not going to do this. I think that something clearly went wrong with the organization of a place for storing strollers. Well, the most unpleasant thing: we stayed in the cafe for 1 hour and 10 minutes. The cost for half an hour is 10p, for an hour - 15p. And for our stay in this place, we were charged 25p. That is, for 10 extra minutes, they charged us an additional 10 rubles. This is my most expensive stay at the children's center, and we were in different ones. I think this tariff is too non-customer-oriented. Update: I'm updating the review a year later. The pricing plan for the next hour has changed. Prices have become more profitable for visitors. We visited the space several more times during the year and were satisfied each time.

Great place! But one day I came across the disgusting behavior of the managers of this institution. Sometimes a room is rented for special service. This is normal, on social media. The social networks on the official page publish information about the event and the time of its holding. That day, the room was rented until 17:00, great!! I collect the child, go out, come to the cafe, the administrator claims that I made a mistake and they rent until 18:00 ... I check the social networks.. indeed, it's already 18:00.. But the Internet remembers everything!! It turns out that the guys who were resting at the last moment realized that it was too early for them to leave at 17:00. And the administration did not come up with anything better than how to change work schedules in 10 minutes. before the opening.. That is, during the time I was driving there, the time changed an hour ahead.. a paradox.. Einstein is terrified. But I was outraged by this vile lie that the information appeared long before my arrival, while the truth was not provided with indisputable evidence of their lies. The manager of the institution, with whom I spoke on the phone, did not really want to resolve the conflict, but only claimed that she understands me as a parent, and she is one herself, however, claims that I need to get into the situation and wait for the opening on the street within an hour! 😂 If it's winter there! Well, of course there was a desire to describe the situation in the book, but the book is absolutely clean.. 😂, well, that is, it is not filled in. As it is, that place is good. At that time it cost 15 rubles per hour. Tea, coffee, cake..
