I wrote to them in the morning, the answer was - they couldn't replace the position on the same day - OK, but didn't you think to warn them? as a result, the order was delivered, and again a joint. I ordered vichy washing gel with a dispenser, they brought it in a tube! I wrote to them, to which they replied that with a dispenser it is 400 ml, not 200. then why is it not indicated on the website? why not put a photo in the tube? why mislead the client. if I had known that the gel was in a tube, I would have bought it at a pharmacy, where, by the way, it is cheaper by 5 rubles. in general, I do not recommend it. The powder has gone bad! a joint on a joint. and by the way, when the order came, I was sure that the store would think of putting some samples as an apology, but no. this once again says that they don't care about customers. I will never order anything again and I do not advise others if you do not want to waste time and nerves. I have requested a refund, they will not agree, I will have to write a complaint to consumer protection(((((
