Hello. The other day we visited this institution and we liked the good-natured staff, who offered us great places to play. The location is very convenient, near the metro and public transport stop. The chairs are comfortable, and the seats are always clean, the headset is in good condition. If there are any problems, the staff tries to solve them as soon as possible. We will definitely visit this club again.

I've been playing at this club since it opened, since I live 5 minutes from the club's location. For all my time at the club, I have only positive emotions: you can come to play bootcamp in the morning for cheap on the best hardware, if compared with other clubs; administrators always help with setup questions, SmartShell works properly, and games are updated in a timely manner. The club always has an optimal temperature at any time of the year and it is convenient to install elo/ mmr. I would like to work here

It's not the administrator's fault, if a guest is sitting and smoking somewhere out of his field of vision, then he can't know that he's doing it and even more so guess that you don't like it, well, nonsense
Someone is shouting and you can hear him, again, I personally witnessed how another person approached the "Screamer" and asked to be quiet, you can personally say and resolve the issue peacefully, as well as approach the administrator to ask for help with this.
And again, in this situation, the admin, on the contrary, wants to please everyone, therefore, does not interfere with the game, if someone screams, probably if the guest starts to overdo it, then the Admin will come up on his own initiative and make sure that they do not scream (was a witness repeatedly)

We were in this institution due to the lack of places in the college. I would like to start with the pros, but as such they are not. Everything is bad: starting with the tables (narrow and with an incomprehensible side that digs into the forearm), ending with the fact that the administrators, brewing themselves a hookah, "smell" the whole room (as a non-smoker, I can not stand all such smells). Everything may be fine on the hardware of computers, but the shell leaves much to be desired (it logs into applications for several minutes, does not log out of previous accounts at the end of the session). There are no games other than cs and dota, in fact, and if you ask for help with installation, they will open Google and tell you: "Well, download it." The final straw was the music that suddenly turned on for the whole hall. In general, the institution gave nothing but negative emotions. I highly recommend not to visit.

The horror club! We wanted to play on August 11th with a friend , but we couldn 't . There is no game that they wanted to play , and the other one had it on his computer , but there are no updates . Everything was downloaded and updated in its time , but the game ran for 45 minutes and eventually closed . Terrible club and attitude towards customers.
I booked seats twice in a week, and twice no one booked anything, while I was put at a computer with a broken chair, headphones and a mouse, it was completely uncomfortable to play. Employees react to you as if you owe them something, and they do everything on a burden and reluctantly. It is also written that you can ask to install games in advance, but of course no one could do this a week before the arrival, and when you ask why and if it is possible to move to where the right game is, you are told that no one knows if there are games on any of the computers. I do not recommend it at all.

Probably the worst computer club I've visited, but in general, the problem is rather in the little things that are completely solvable. I'll write it down point by point.
1. We came on the weekend, we didn't book, so all the standard seats were occupied, the usual situation, and therefore we took a VIP. To be honest, we didn't understand the difference between a VIP and a regular one at all. The room is the same, there are 0 differences in terms of equipment in terms of mouse, keyboard and headphones (we looked at other computers), the chairs are the same. The only thing is a small rise. And why it is needed, in fact, is unclear. There may be a joke in the hardware, but since the standard hardware is also good, this overpayment is generally incomprehensible. Like to sit a little higher?
2. DISGUSTING MICROPHONES. Not only were there problems with recognition inside the pillbox, so even when everything was set up, the sound from the microphone disappeared or did not capture the voice of the person who speaks directly into it, they put more capture, but the only thing that changed was that the screams around were captured, and we were still audible through the word)
Mb the problem is we might have been able to solve the problem of not calling the admins, but after the first time they asked for help because of the mouse problems and received some kind of not very friendly reaction, the desire to contact them immediately disappeared somehow
3. About the screams. I'm fine with the noise in computer clubs, after all, people go there for that, so as not to bother anyone. But when, for 2 hours, 8 times, someone makes a screech about 10-15 seconds long for the WHOLE HALL AND IT CAN BE HEARD THROUGH HEADPHONES, but no one says anything to him, as if it were strange. (in other places, in such cases, although they ask to be quieter, but there was no reaction from the admin at all)
4. In connection with the previous one. Admins don't really care about anything:
- There were problems with the color sensor on the monitor (everything is terribly yellow, apparently the xers tried), well, we have already fixed it ourselves (but why no one checks it and resets it to the standard is not very clear), + with the mouse, which was subtracting and the cursor moved only in one direction. They asked for help, they helped, to put it mildly, reluctantly, although I don't think the admins were busy with something important. But thanks for deciding.
- Screams that they don't care about
- Conditionally, there were about 6 places in the VIP zone. One was occupied, we took two. And they didn't put us on the other side, which would have been more comfortable, but right next to that person. At that moment, they did not begin to arise, since they had just arrived, + this is a trifle, but in combination with the rest it just shows that they are not particularly concerned about the comfort of visitors.
- It's more about the politics of the institution, but it could have been decided thanks to the previous paragraph. If I treat vape smoking indoors quite normally, then when an icos is sitting next to you, which stinks of something between g*** and burnt plastic, you can't even call it the word "uncomfortable".

The worst club on the net... a bunch of monitors with streaks on the matrix, dirty seats, battered chairs. The administrator is indifferent, solves problems through reluctance.... I decided to go and evaluate this institution.
And I went to computer clubs as a child.
I booked through the website, but when the administrator came, he was not even aware that there is a possibility of booking through the website. I had to take another free one.
I hope they will fix it soon and it will be possible to book through the website.
The location is convenient.
I didn't like that there is no mat at the entrance, now winter is beginning, and people come in with snow on their shoes.
There are not enough hangers, there was nowhere to hang the jacket.
The club was noisy, even through the headphones the noise made its way.
When I was standing near the administrator, I couldn't even hear him.
The equipment is good (mouse, keyboard, monitor).
The atmosphere itself is dark, there is not much light, and therefore it is difficult to find the computer number in this setting (they would be slightly highlighted)
Before coming here, it is better to book in insta or VK (I hope it will be possible on the site) and write to the admin what games you will play so that they are installed by your arrival.

Лучший из пуджей, но далеко не самый нормальный в Минске, игры не обновлены, пришли и пришлось уехать тк не хотели терять время чтобы обновить нужные нашей компании 5 компов. Атмосфера на троечку, админ в этом клубе +- толковый по сравнению с остальными пуджами, + за кронштейны, - за ужасные столы огрызки, за ужасные девайсы от хайперов и коврик как тряпка скользит по столу не держась на месте. Выбор по напиткам скудный, снеков особо никаких нету, не разгуляешься по выбору уж точно. Не рекомендую к посещению, только на крайний случай
