The PSC of my district and, of course, I have to apply there. The building is new, there is no special fuss in the halls, the queue moves quickly. It's not hot inside the PSC in summer, and it's not cold in winter. By the way, the employees of this organization react quite professionally and quickly, help, answer questions, solve problems. There is a place in the basement where you can take photos of documents, a copier and flash drives before installing an electric key. They'll take 2 thousand, keep in mind. Next to the PSC there is a cafe like a bistro, you can have a snack, even lunch. There is also a notary, banks, etc.mag.there is a parking lot nearby.
The only bad thing is that the bus stop is far away, according to momyshuly (and it feels heavy when you walk in winter or summer under the scorching sun. Especially for the elderly or disabled.)
For some reason, many PSC are located far from transport arteries. Or maybe you just need to make bus stops closer there, for those who are not in their car?
A good PSC public service is positive, although the computers are hanging, but in general everything is fine, no hype, the staff are polite and will tell you what to do
To order a certificate from the archive, you have to Google to show how it should look. Employees don't know a lot. We look on the Internet to show a sample. Although you should know what people are asking for
The workers there don't want to work at all and there's nothing to help, they don't know how they work there, I don't know how you can not know your job
I stopped by to change my ID. I stood in line on the street, they launch five people at a time. I took a number and sold my queue for 1.5 hours. Only two tables 25 and 26 work for the exchange of certificates. Of these, the 25th went to lunch. The cashier passed quickly without waiting in line. But then you stand in a live queue to the photographer. That's where the tin started. People take a queue and go about their business, then they lose who was behind whom, as a result, a mess, swearing, insults. In general, PSC employees do their job perfectly well, but our citizens need to learn discipline and respect for each other.
I wanted to get it fast, I paid and received it too late., they said wait for an SMS, I waited for an SMS and did not receive it.. The migrant woman as if nothing had happened
A huge PSC is very convenient to come in, the staff are polite, but one thing!there is no cash register without a commission, as in the Auezovsky PSC (((the commission is expensive from 200tenge to 800tenge, you can register without a commission there
The PSC has excellent service, the room is spacious and convenient because if you stand in the middle of the hall, you can immediately understand where it is, some of it is on the second floor. All kinds of payments can be made only at Kazpost here, there are no other banks, only the Centercredit Bank is located nearby along this building. Parking is only around the perimeter in courtyards and special parking lots, but very close on foot. There is only one small snack bar nearby with an incomprehensible assortment, there are no others.
It is very difficult to find without a map, and the PSC staff are cold and rude. I had to apply for maternity leave because of traffic jams, I arrived at 17.55 so I was rudely shown the door. In general, the impression is not very good
The service is good, but needs to be improved to fully meet the needs of visitors, the main disadvantage is that there are no ATMs, namely, there are no ATMs of the Caspian Bank. 90% of the visitors are customers of the Caspian Bank
The service leaves much to be desired (many specialists themselves do not know how to properly issue a particular document, they are looking for more experienced managers. Which takes an incredible amount of time
The work of the Alatau PSC is not satisfactory. Either their base is not working, or something else. Since November, I have not been able to make a request for an archived certificate. The staff are rude.
The most terrible PSC in the city. It is located in Nurkent, access by car is impossible, there are barriers everywhere. And there are plenty of parking places there, but only disabled people are allowed to drive a car. So the elderly, pregnant women and moms with a stroller will have to trudge on foot. There are no parking spaces on the territory of the residential complex, everything is packed to the brim. We'll have to circle around the area. The PSC itself is also terrible, in order to get a coupon, you first need to stand in line at the information desk, and there is always a crowd of people and only 2-3 employees. There are few seats in the operating room, the scoreboard is installed only in one side of the hall. And there is no electronic scoreboard on the second floor at all, so you will have to run from the first floor to the second in order to catch your number in the queue. The employee taking photos for documents is very rude and unethical. He speaks sharply and not politely. The toilets are on the ground floor. Employees eat at the workplace.
I hope that I will not have to go to this disgusting institution again.
Employees send each other, they waited for a coupon every time, you could immediately get to the bottom of the matter and say so and so, but no, it's not fate...
I really want to write with mats. But you can't.
I'll start the review:
1. The queue is everywhere, even at the issuance of coupons.
2. Ventilation system is not provided. At least the windows and doors were simply opened and ventilated.
3. A complete mess, the system does not work all the time, there are a lot of people, and there are few employees.
4. Employees are like from the cartoon zveropolis - slow sloths, I understand that what a po is, such is the job, but at least if you hate people, do not go there to work.
5. Make a separate queue for individuals and legal entities.
In short, like in Africa, I don't feel like I'm living in the 21st century in an oil-rich country.
A smelly toilet. There is no toilet paper. There are no hand wipes. There is no hand dryer. There is no soap either. In the self-service sector, half of the computers are not working. Managers extort money. The waiting room is on the ground floor, the reception is on the second floor... Until you find it, until you get there, I'm not talking about the disabled at all. They need to call the elevator, wait for it. And they lose their documents. Or they don't send it at all. They forget.
I really like the fast and affordable service, the staff are friendly and try to help in difficult situations. I would like to wish you success in your work.
The most terrible place is the PSC of the ALATAU DISTRICT. NO one says anything, no one will explain. The employment center does not work at all. They have a program hanging all the time. We accepted 3 people in an hour, and I have 30 ahead of me. It is not known when I will go to the manager. I waited 2 hours and 30 minutes, people say they walk for 4 days. A mess, a terrible place

In general, the idea of the PSC is very correct. Remembering the bureaucratic mayhem of the 90s and the early noughties, I get goosebumps. Now a huge number of issues can be solved in one hour, previously it took a whole day, for example: registration or obtaining a certificate. Naturally, we cannot stop there, we need to improve the quality of service. There are negative aspects related to the competence and politeness of employees, but I think we will overcome this over time.
According to the Alatau PSC:
1. There are no instructions in the self-service sector, lay out simple and understandable instructions for obtaining an EDS and there will be no queues.
2. It is advisable to introduce an electronic queue in the same sector.
3. The program crashes periodically.
I wish the PSC increased efficiency, and the population more kindness and condescension. PSC employees are the same people as us, working for 60-70 thousand tenge per month.
The employee who took the documents from me did not include some of the originals in the receipt. Be careful! If something gets lost during shipment, you can't prove it later
Everything is working properly, there have never been any problems with maintenance, and the employee on the second floor working outside the window is 15 or 22 (I don't remember exactly, I passed for a divorce certificate) is generally a good guy, explained everything clearly, told
Convenient location, but a small room, there are a lot of people on the second floor there is no table or you wait on the first floor then run through the entire building to the second. There is a constant queue at the help desk, as there is always one consultant sitting.
PSC is good, any services can be received within 30-50 minutes, only when receiving an electronic signature there may be delays due to a large influx of applicants. It is necessary to draw the attention of the PSC administration to this
Like a PSC ...not very.
The queue is a kilometer long....
It was two times at different times.
The base was not working all the time.
Many people, especially the adult population, do not quite understand how to use the site.
But the employees of the PSC all fit the same pattern.
