I had to wait a very long time, a woman in the aisle between the first and second halls is talking very rudely to visitors! The guy who was sitting on the issuance of ready-made documents behaves terribly. We were standing not far from the delivery table, he was stormily telling his colleague something and suddenly he did not like that, in his opinion, we were standing too close and very rudely told us to move away and not interfere with their work. In general, I think that management should explain to employees that they work for clients.
