Horror, there was a queue at the registration desk, it stood for an hour, although a queue was booked for the day, a nervous woman at the registration desk, the "angry dog" sign is missing There's nothing to breathe, there are a lot of people, you ask the staff anything, they immediately start yelling, it doesn't matter who the girl or grandfather is addressing.

The PSC is generally a good thing, how did we live without them before?! I was here specifically for two days or two visits. There are enough staff - all the jobs of specialists are occupied. They solve 100 different kinds of issues in different directions at once . The old air conditioners can't cope either in the workroom or in the waiting room. It's stuffy. The staff earns five points. You can be happy for the Karaganda residents who are served in this PSC.
