The biggest thanks to the tateshkas from the help desk of the special zone 2 for their good work and literacy. I am very pleased. I ask for a promotion. We don't have enough of them at the highest level.

As a citizen of the Russian Federation, I issued an IIN here (please note, another popular PSC in the city, on Republic Avenue - only for citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan). IIN issued for a long time, the database was frozen, they had a failure, so it's not without problems. Only 2 days later I received a message about readiness.

I've been there several times, I bought a car once, it was two years ago, I'm not happy that there is no free parking on the street.
