On April 2-4, I came to this PSC to change expired IDs. I was refused to change, they said that I should register in Astana (I am from Taraz). And only after a month I found out that according to the law they had to give me a certificate, regardless of where I have a residence permit. Now I've been fined because of them.

I like everything. I've been there a lot. Both during the pandemic and before. They work quickly, the queue went unnoticed (5-10 minutes), while rarely being recorded (only during the pandemic). Of course, not everyone was competent, but I think there are more competent employees now.
