The toilet is paid. It costs 50 kopecks. Outwardly, everything is decent, but the service takes you back to the USSR. At the checkout, they give out a piece of the cheapest toilet paper (20 centimeters), as if it were a scarce commodity. There are no toilet seats on the toilets, soap is also worth its weight in gold.
