It is simply not possible to get through to 587515, they simply do not pick up the phone for two days. As I understand it, issues can only be resolved locally.
Very quickly we signed a service agreement (gas stove). They made a copy of the passport - I was against it, they just rewrote the data, they returned the copy to me. we signed up to check the stove, called back twice, and did everything as it was convenient for me. Thank you.
The service is just on top! Everyone explained the issue was resolved quickly! The politeness and participation of the staff is just at a very high level!
