We have been vacationing since September 2024.
I liked everything very much: the staff is like one big family, always friendly and ready to help with any question. The food is like in a sanatorium. The territory is always clean, sun beds at any time. The sea is within walking distance - a pebble beach, clean. The room has a shower, toilet, TV, refrigerator, wardrobe, bedside tables and a wardrobe. We were delighted!

The only plus is the sea and the beach are within walking distance, rooms are not cleaned, hygiene products need to be begged, the common kitchen is dirty, there are no dishes, I have not seen this all over the Krasnodar Territory, 8 years ago I was in New Athos everything was for the convenience of people, the cook is not bad, the prices for dishes are mixed, not greens, no vegetables, no complex breakfasts, the kitchen starts working late, there is nowhere to cook, we will not start and there is nothing, the general kitchen sucks, I do not recommend it, the hosts are not interested in a comfortable stay for guests

The sea is beautiful, its own beach, sun loungers. The room is OK, the air conditioning is super. There is no complete cleaning in the rooms and on the stairs. She just doesn't exist. The food in the restaurant is acceptable but expensive. There is a dirt road outside the territory. There are shops, but not many within walking distance. There is no aesthetics on the territory. Everything is pretty pathetic.
