Not a bad place. The room is large, everything is available for living. Refrigerator, TV, air conditioning. A clean and large shower room. Cleaning is daily. The staff is friendly, they will explain everything, they will help everyone. The dining room didn't really like the dishes, the choice is small. We ate elsewhere. The sea is nearby, a 3-minute walk through a pine grove, just a pleasure.

We have been vacationing for many years with family and friends. We are very satisfied! A lot has changed over the years, but the food is always delicious, the rooms are regularly renovated, normal service, clean beach... beauty and that's all! The only thing is, it's a pity the big gazebo was eliminated, it was so nice to have lunch outdoors or sit in the evening with the whole company.

Disgusting
Of the advantages, only the proximity to the sea, 5 minutes on foot.
Cons - everything:
- There was only 1 cleaning in 5 days! Towels were changed only 1 time! And that's not all! When I asked to clean and change towels, they told me: "The cleaner is alone in 20 rooms, so often they don't change towels here."
- The whole room was crawling with ants! Not a couple of pieces, but a lot of them! We didn't bring any fruits or groceries to the room, but there are ants everywhere! There were no ants in the nearby hotel! (We then changed the hotel to the next one)
- The food in the dining room deserves special attention. We had accommodation with food. The food is ugly! There is nothing possible from the word at all! All the dishes and trays stank! Soups, cutlets, stews - everything is ugly, greasy, and not tasty. My husband spent all 5 days after this meal with poisoning, I spent 2 days! It just made me vomit! On day 3, they simply stopped going to this dining room with already paid for food! All salads are stale! There are no fruits, no vegetables, no greens. Everything that is more or less decent was not included in the food (such as fish at least - and they regretted buying that for a fee). Even the condensed milk for the pancakes was sour! The purchased piece of cake is sour! From the compote, only the name is water with sugar and a taste of something similar to fruit.
- The TV has not been working in the room all week
- The audibility of the rooms is ugly! You can hear everything the neighbors are doing!
- There is no house territory! There is nowhere to sit outside in the evening
- It is impossible to sleep on mattresses, the bottom of the mattresses falls through
- The room smelled very strongly of plywood
- The window in the room cannot be opened - it opens onto the stairs
This hotel is definitely not worth the money! They were very sorry.
There are plenty of hotels in the area for the same price several times better, with delicious food and clean rooms and regular cleaning!

The location of the windows is poor and the windows are small in the rooms, there are no balconies at all. We had a rest in September 2023. The location is excellent, it takes three minutes to crawl to the sea, there are absolutely different shops around, such as a tray and private trade with wheels.
The dining room is clean, the menu is not rich, but decent.
The territory is well-groomed, cleaned regularly.
As a disadvantage and it is the main one, it is the furniture in the rooms. It does not need repair, it requires replacement.
For recreation, the option is suitable, budget.

We were with the family back in 2017 and 2018, then there was a manager Sergei Knyazhev, a wonderful man, everything was super. But, as the years go by and everything changes, when we arrived with our family in 2023, we were disappointed. And the ticket itself was taken for several months. The very first thing is rudeness on the part of the staff, at the reception, which is located in Sali, I asked how I could wash, they answered me "Wash at home! ", I was just shocked, we arrived for a month and from the first day such a service. It turned out that in Pshada, there was a division, now there are two hotels, Pshada and Sali. Those who lived in Sali were more lucky with cleaning, but in our Pshad, the cleaning lady (she is the only one there, the tenants had no complaints about the rest) did not clean up from the word at all, it's terrible, the linen was changed with a fight, they themselves went and demanded replacement of towels and bedding. The change of the manager has greatly affected the hotel, terribly!!!! Previously, in the gazebo, under the canopy, you could have a nice time to drink coffee, have dinner, quiet music was playing, but now it's empty, there's some kind of boor who doesn't let anyone in there, only if you buy beer or homemade wine from her.
And about the dining room in general, it is possible by default, the food was disgusting, in the season when there are fruits and vegetables, the owners and Pshad and Sali decided to save money. There was absolutely nothing to eat (one thing was pleasing, it was the polite and welcoming workers at the distribution, who constantly asked for forgiveness for the fact that, for example, you didn't have enough scrambled eggs or porridge for breakfast), guys, this is a banal calculation, the number of people living on the menu, the feeling that the owners don't care about the service. Under the manager Sergei, if you left with an excursion for a day, then in the evening you were left with dinner, then now you will be hungry (they say we will feed you on the day of departure) .
In general, the rest was spoiled, we paid not a little money, and in return we received only negative and disgusting boorish attitude. The staff who stayed after Sergei will certainly help you cordially in everything, although they have seen and heard more than once how the owner humiliates and shouts at his subordinates who have served them faithfully for years. But for some reason they do not know how to talk to the new staff and do not want to. We compensated for negative emotions with a beautiful, clean sea and wonderful excursions.

There are only positive emotions from Abkhazia, the cleanest beach and the sea, just breathtaking excursions on the same foot with local Abkhazians. But I probably chose the worst place to stay for the night. Nearby, right side by side, there is a gorgeous Apsara, the prices of which are almost the same, and the rest is several classes higher. I met the visitors of Apsara, and learned from them how everything is modern there and how well they feed.
Now about the pshad. The location of Ldzaa, Pitsunda. Very well located, the free beach is just 200 meters away. Sometimes I forgot something, I came back without any problems, took it and went back. It is very comfortable. And you can go out to eat without losing the paid sunbed.
Territory. At first I really liked it, its own fenced, with greenery and a gazebo. It seems like there is a place for children to play and nature, but then I realized that everything was wrong. The gazebo is designed for actively puffing smokers and beer drinkers, and the territory with a wide-open gate and huge inscriptions COME IN HAS FREE ROOMS.
Canteen. This is a separate topic. The food is not tasty, in any canteen, all the food is homemade, cutlets, pasta, compotes, etc. Here all this food is disgusting, especially bland hastily cooked porridges. The cook is a separate topic. She just hates people. He hates everyone who stands and looks and chooses something. She needs you to come up and tell her what you want right away. He almost screams, says I'm going to stand here for a long time? And the choice is one of two as a rule. He applies a slap as it were with splashes. Then he sees that it's too much and cleans it up. Leaves very little, like a bird. I left half-starved, although I ate everything. Additional compote costs a lot of money, 50 rubles per cup, not to mention food. Horror. I ate in Apsara mostly, the prices there are the same, but there is a modern cafe, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is correspondingly modern.
Now about the dwelling. It's a stupid dorm. Everything is the cheapest, starting with the sagging poorly locked front door. There's hell inside, mold in the shower and stink, the bed is broken, the air conditioner hardly works and the cleaner always turns it off. You come in the evening and it's stuffy. The cleaner doesn't do anything, it feels like only the air conditioner comes to turn off and take out the garbage. I love visiting the village, I love nature in general, and it was like being in the village, but I still didn't like it. I wanted to get to comfortable clean conditions as soon as possible. The requests were not fulfilled, no one cares about you, you have already paid.
As a result, it took a lot of money, mostly for food, although I took accommodation with meals and it is expensive. The sediment remained, but the rest was not spoiled, I did not come here for comfort, but I really feel sorry for the money.
I advise you to avoid this institution. In the end, you can rent a house from ordinary residents for 4 times cheaper and get the same conditions. There are many beautiful and interesting places in Abkhazia, it is better to spend money on something worthwhile. If you want a comfortable stay, look for a decent hotel.
