Now, from what I would like you to pay attention to. At the warm-up, I met a girl who, apparently, is far from sports. The warm-up was weak. One minute. Neither the foot was pulled, nor the handles, in general, the body was not prepared for this kind of physical activity.the load. I think warming up before trampolines is important in order to avoid bruises and unpleasant sprains. And so, on the whole, the children are happy.
