A wonderful place, we celebrated the anniversary quietly with a family circle, we really liked it, live music, we recommend there is one nuance, it only works until 22.00! The cuisine is diverse, you can choose for every taste, if a birthday cake is brought from the institution and they also invite you to spin the wheel of fortune if the number falls on the birthday, then the institution pays the bill! We were a little unlucky, but we were satisfied! Thank you so much to all the waiter, bartender and chefs who cooked wonderful dishes!!! Today I was in this beautiful place of our city. It is cozy, beautiful and very clean. I'm sorry for the details, but the toilet is here, the most beautiful of all the places I've ever been, so stylish and atmospheric or something) The food is very tasty, satisfying, the portions are good. The interior of 5/5 has excellent decoration, a pleasant green shade. The toilet is probably the only one like this in the whole of Gomel. There is everything from hygiene items to condoms.
Food 5/5 everything was delicious, I took pork stewed in the oven - super soft and tender, mashed potatoes wow, there are no words. I liked the desserts too. Creme brulee is super, it's a rare dessert for Gomel, I recommend it.
The service is also not high-level.

It's a great place for Gomel. Satisfying, tasty, polite. The breakfasts, lunches, and main menu are excellent. Of course, there are some minor nuances (sometimes it takes a long time to serve the same lunches), but for Gomel, which has poor gastronomy and very few establishments in general, in my opinion, a great place.

I think this is my favorite place in Gomel. Convenient location in the city center, beautiful interior. Polite staff: they will always meet you and offer you a table. The waiters work admirably: they seem to be always there, but they do not interfere. The kitchen is delicious!
The establishment makes pleasant surprises on your birthday. Once I got to see an accordion player ( or an accordion player , I don 't understand instruments) and his performance made the evening just magical ! Live music always creates a defining charm!

Once again we came to have a delicious meal at the "Spices and Joys" and everything is at the highest level. The food is great, the drinks are great too.
The interior is very pleasant and, most importantly, the staff.
For the second time in a week we eat at this institution and I would like to mention the waiter Timofey for his attentiveness, responsiveness and individual approach to each guest. I would really like to have such waiters everywhere.
As always, we were completely delighted with the food, and even left in a great mood from the service.

I was "lucky" to visit this institution at the end of September (I was invited to the anniversary). I looked at the reviews on the Internet in advance, not a single bad one. Great, but my expectations of a good holiday were not confirmed. The kitchen was very disappointing, not only for me, but for all the guests. A separate story is the work of the maintenance staff, the fact that we were transferred to self-service is half the trouble. But when we asked to bring us a cake, which the hero of the day brought with him and handed over to the administrator, it was carried to us for about forty minutes. At the same time, we constantly asked all the waitresses running by to speed up the process. As a result, the tea has cooled down, the mood is spoiled. As a result, neither I nor my friends will go to this institution anymore.

I urgently needed toothpicks at 9 a.m., for my daughter in a circle, I forgot to buy and, as luck would have it, there is nowhere, the waiter girl was shocked by such a request, but without any problems she gave as much as she needed with a beautiful smile! The next day, my beloved and I went to the institution, I was hoping to see the girl and thank her, but she was on the weekend, I hope we will meet and thank her with a good order and good chives!

On Monday, 12/16/2024, we booked a table for 5 p.m. on 12/21/2024 in order to celebrate a birthday. When booking, the receptionist asked if we had a reason to meet and we warned that we were going to celebrate a birthday.
As a result, at 20.00 the waiter came up and asked to vacate the table, because at 20.30 it was time for the next reservation. When she saw our misunderstanding, she asked, "Weren't you warned?". Naturally, we were not warned and she left to clarify if an error was possible. Irrevocably. As a result, after we found the waiter to find out what was wrong with the armor, it turned out that they simply forgot to warn us that in 15 minutes other people would be sitting at our table.
As a result, I had to urgently change my plans due to someone's forgetfulness on a birthday that was planned for a week.
The evening and the mood of the whole company are ruined.
The desire to visit and, moreover, recommend this institution to visit is completely absent, although the food is not bad.

The interior is pleasant, the food is good (but not great). Serving dishes when ready is not appropriate for a good establishment - the dishes must be served in the correct order. Especially for the company, so that it does not happen that some of the guests ate, and the other part did not receive a single dish. By the way, my main course was never brought to me, but they "remembered" about it when everyone at the table had already eaten and were about to leave. There is no children's menu, which immediately removes this institution from the category of family. Waiters need to be called every other time - empty dishes are not always removed on time.

Spices and disappointment. We celebrated a birthday, pre-booked a table by phone. By the time we arrived, it turned out that there were no tables available. There are a lot of substitutions on the menu, they warn about substitutions, but 20-30 minutes after ordering the dish. Disproportionate replacements were offered instead of halibut pollock, instead of flatbread to fajitos ciabatta. In this regard, some of the guests have already eaten and some just watched and waited for the dishes. Napkins and glassware were cleaned for a very long time. The food is passable for 5-6 out of 10

The most delicious food in the city. Georgian cuisine is much better than other analogues that are available in Gomel. I highly recommend fried khinkali and lagman. The prices are also quite low. From used drinks - a magnificent sea buckthorn morse. Well, the toilets are cool. I have never seen such a set of all sorts of useful things anywhere else.

They don't know how to cook at all, the level of some cheap regional canteen. The ribs that should be fried in the oven are stupidly boiled in water and that's it, not even steamed. It tastes disgusting, I didn't even eat it. Tea is also so-so. But in terms of design, it's a good place, the service is also normal, but it makes no sense with such a terrible kitchen.

Our visit to your "Generous " RESTAURANT"" during lunch break with colleagues left very unpleasant impressions.
Since it was a lunch menu, we expected a faster serving of dishes. However, we had to wait much longer than the promised time - about 50 minutes instead of the stated 15-20. In addition, we immediately asked for water, which was brought only 20 minutes later.
Also, when calculating the bill, we found inaccuracies in the change - it did not correspond to the amount we received. When we asked to look into this, the staff reported that they had no change (without offering any alternative), although this is certainly their problem, not ours.
Unfortunately, these violations of service standards and the lack of awareness of the staff in financial matters spoiled the overall impression of the visit. We hope that you will analyze what happened, draw appropriate conclusions and take measures to improve the quality of service in your institution.
I do not recommend visiting those who value their time.

But the fact that they are not childrenfriends is very sad.
There are no children's dining chairs. When asked to give a small spoon, they give out a canteen. A suitable drinking cup is a disposable one for Americano, unfortunately, a 300 lm glass for whiskey is offered instead, or a thin and deep 200 ml dimension is not suitable containers. Also, coffee porridges with small handles-ears do not allow male fingers to hold on to the sag.
Georgian cuisine in its interpretation is very informative to try.
The daily lunch menu definitely requires tasting on all days of the week to taste these dishes: a good soup, savory cutlets, lean rice, a campotic, a pie in a bite with a watermelon and a cool salad will surprise the visitor with lunch.

It's faster to go to the checkout yourself to order dishes / issue a payment than they will come to you.

It is very strange that the eggplant is cooked faster than a daily lunch (it feels like they forgot to order lunch for us).

My husband and I came from Minsk to Gomel to get to know the city, its popular places and Spices and Joys - one of such places. The table was booked the day before the visit.
