I started looking for other options, but alas, in Kokshetau there are no more similar saunas with a pool where you can not worry about food. We arrived at the sauna in a week, looked at everything, we really liked the atmosphere and the menu and the opportunity to order dishes in advance. There were 8 of us and everything was cool until it came to the pool... there was no drain in the banquet area and after two hours everything was in the water. To my request to drain the floor (so that no one slips), the administrator replied that she did not do it. As a result, after I begged for a rag with a bucket, I had to drain the banquet area myself. In 2 hours, I took out more than 15 buckets of water. When I saw the invoice, I was extremely surprised, because there is an item "10% service". During all this time, they never came to us, the table was not cleaned, dirty dishes were not taken away, empty bottles were not thrown away, and the floor was not wiped! Your service is excellent! The thoughtlessness of your engineering solutions in the design of the sauna and the anti-loyal approach to the client is the result of a low rating. If you claim that you are the best sauna in the city, then you need to match it! The pool is great, the sauna is super, the quality of the food is excellent, and the service sucks!
