Работают с 8:00, что удобно. Был единственным посетителем, быстро оформили договор, после оплаты по ЕРИПу сразу перезвонил инженер. Из минусов: неохотно объясняют...

Everything is complicated and sad. The deadlines are long. The requirements are unclear. I recommend contacting private companies, the prices are not higher, and even lower. The timing is 2-3 times faster.
