I ordered the glasses on April 29, and paid the required amount in full. They promised to do everything by May 13, that is, they had to wait 2 weeks. By the appointed date (i.e. the 13th) The optics department called and informed me that they would not put -6 lenses on the frame I had chosen, but a maximum of -5. They provide this information on the day when I have to pick up the points that are already ready and paid for. The frame was chosen with screws (it's safe to say, I was really looking forward to it). When asked why the optician did not initially inform me that they would not install such lenses, there was no clear answer. I know for sure that you can put such lenses on such a frame, just make them sophisticated, but this option was not even offered to me initially. As a result, 2 weeks of waiting were wasted, the glasses were not made, the information was not provided in advance, they offered to choose another frame, issued a refund.

The price tag is 2 times higher. The quality of the lenses is being deceived. When buying, they said that lenses for glasses were good in autumn, therefore expensive - in fact, they turned out to be ordinary. In other optics, they bought glasses 2 times cheaper and with lenses of much better quality. I do not recommend it.
