Everything was fine. The seller helped me choose glasses, checked my eyesight. But when receiving the glasses, they turned out to be crooked and it was not comfortable in them. The seller checked them and told them to go to their other optics and they will be corrected under warranty.
There are no claims against the seller, but really it was impossible to check during manufacture?

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses from this network: transparent ones with diopters for everyday life and heavy computer work, and polarizing solar ones for everyday life, wearing on the street, driving, etc. When buying, the consultant assured that the lenses are European, which means high-quality and very EXPENSIVE. I waited a MONTH for the glasses to be made. They did not properly notify about the readiness of the glasses, they had to call to clarify after the agreed production period. As a result, sunglasses were made in which screens are completely invisible (computer monitor, TV screen, smartphone screen, self-service checkout screen, multimedia screen in a car, etc.), as well as transparent glasses that, while working at a computer, when the eyes move, produce the effect of shifting red and blue shades, about like watching 3D The film is without special glasses. I was not warned about possible nuances either when placing an order or when the glasses were ready. Therefore, the shoals surfaced only after full payment on the way home. Think 100 times before ordering glasses from this network of opticians!
