We ordered our son's first glasses from this optics, and the child is happy, and so are we. Thank you very much to Victoria's consultant, I paid maximum attention (it was important to my wife), helped with the selection of frames, and advised in great detail. There is a children's table with games for toddlers in the optics, if someone like us takes a second child with him, the baby is busy playing games, and we were able to pay all our attention to the main goal! I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the level of service in your optics. I contacted you with a question about the repair of children's glasses, and even at the stage of a telephone conversation I encountered rudeness. Even then, I didn't want to go to you, but necessity forced me to.
Upon arrival, my impression became even worse. The consultant Victoria, with whom I talked, turned out to be extremely rude. Her manner of communication was boorish: not a single word "please" or "thank you", just an irritated tone and a dismissive attitude. It feels like the customer is a burden to you, not the person who is requesting the service.
I am an ophthalmologist myself and in my practice I am used to respect and attentive attitude towards people. But this is the first time I've encountered such an attitude as in your optics! If you want to retain customers, you should reconsider your approach to work and staff training. With this level of service, your institution's prospects are very dubious.
I am extremely disappointed and will not recommend your optics to anyone.

I will say this, in one evening I visited other opticians: in the Lumen and at your competitors. Although the frame in another salon was 1 ruble cheaper, but it did not help in any way to stay there and buy glasses. That's where the advantages ended.

I'm changing the review, today there was another employee, older, like with blond hair. I paid for the goods, they gave a solution at a cost cheaper than the one paid, well, I noticed, the woman tried to convince me that they cost the same -this is not true, these Rails always differ in price because of the more expensive container inside and in all networks. I took more expensive ones. and they gave me a cheaper box after payment, plus I say that I looked at the site in advance and it's definitely cheaper, I need it with a colored container. the woman continued that there is always something wrong on the site, and she started talking about some frames- in general, if she made a mistake, you can just apologize and give the right one, I don't understand when they go on the defensive with their own mistake and start saying that it's possible you don't understand it that way, even though the situation is simple like two times two, it's strange, of course, the solution, which had a price tag of 22 rubles, which I asked for, was cheaper next to it, which was handed to me, but the price tag did not hang under it, which is strange, it is always 1-2 rubles cheaper, in some places the difference is greater in price, depends on the network,, because the container is basic, not rubberized. I am no longer so enthusiastic about optics, I change the odes to 2, not 1, only thanks to past positive experience. It would seem such a simple thing to sell the solution you need, by the way, there are quite a few of them on the shelf, I say a Rails solution for 22 rubles, (it is the most expensive in the Rails line). It's good that I jumped to check, I think. the packaging is somewhat simpler than usual, and if you came home, you would have to return. The service has deteriorated in general.
