At 20:30, the administrator contacted us and announced that the courier would be late in 15 minutes. And then the silence began, after an hour of waiting, we contacted the operator's call center. Wait for the administrator to contact you in two minutes. And again, silence, they called the call center four times and all the time shifting responsibility, it's not us, it's not me. I managed to talk to the administrator Irina Vasilyevna Kosharina closer to 23.00, one of whom said sorry, you will get a discount on the next order (how could you say that after three hours of waiting), the same story is not us, it's the courier. It seems that the work is not of one company, but of three different companies (the first is a call center, the second is administrators, and the third is a delivery service).And the funny thing is, Dmitry Kopach, the head of the delivery service, calls us at 23.40 and says that he is bringing us sushi because the courier's car broke down. For three hours, no one called or thought about the client. To be honest, I've never seen such a disgusting attitude towards clients. There is no team at work. The party was ruined and unfortunately they went to bed hungry.
Not only is the quality closer to the supermarket every time, but today the courier was 1.15 minutes late with the words "I'm the only one left, understand." The receptionist couldn't offer anything other than a "compliment to the next order." As a result, after waiting for sushi from 18 to 21:20, they simply canceled the order, because the toad strangled a customer with 10 years of "experience". Thank you, bravo, the service is excellent.

The first time I ordered a set on Thursday, after a while my stomach ached, but I thought it was a coincidence. A week later, on Thursday, I decided to order lunch again in the dry and, sorry, it's hard to call it food. I understand that it's a budget lunch, but it's better to have no lunch at all than this. Tuna is disgusting. The chicken is not chewing at all, it feels like a week ago. The noodles are cold and stuck together in a piece (photo attached) Tartar didn't even eat after all this. My appetite disappeared instantly. I wanted to try the rest of the lunch sets over time, but I won't take any chances.

You can't choose pickup — once again you had to make a phone call after 15 minutes of using the site from your phone. So it also turned out that the waiting for pickup was 2 hours, and delivery was generally 3 hours!

In my opinion, the operator communicated very strangely: he did not repeat the order, did not announce the cost. After I called back to clarify whether it was possible to pick up the takeaway earlier, the operator said that there was no order at all, then they found it anyway, but the delivery time was already different (earlier by 30 minutes). The baked rolls were cold and smelled of plastic.
We didn't like the food. The rolls are even more or less, but the complex has not gone at all.... The rice seems to have been cooked a week ago, the taste of the shrimp interrupts the dough oiled with oil in which it has already been fried for several days. Soup - it feels like a pan has been rinsed. I just liked the salad. And the tea is normal!
According to Instagram, it looked like a restaurant-level establishment, in fact - an ordinary delivery. The salmon in both rolls and sashimi was frozen over, so it didn't taste at all and fell apart into fibers under the sticks. Package contents soy sauce (with floating hairs, apparently from a napkin), ginger and wasabi (in “large” quantities))) they turned out to be for an additional fee, which I was not warned about. Of all the positions, only tea turned out to be delicious) In the end, the waiter did not come up to me, I had to pay the bill myself, no one was interested in whether I liked the food either

I will say that I have traveled to quite a few cities and countries, and if possible, if there was no desire to eat in a cafe, then for a change I went to try local sushi rolls. The most interesting thing is that in each country they are almost the same in name and different in filling. Well, all right.
Let's start, after a whole day of excursions around Minsk, there was a desire to catch the rolls and go to the yum -yum hotel and sleep). I waited for my order for almost an hour, it's unbearable to sit in the cafe hall, it smells like canned fish, so I spent an hour walking around the pond across the street from the cafe, the staff is far from friendly. Fainting from hunger, I went to find out where the order was, they said they were sorting it out and brought it in about five minutes.
I didn't immediately look at what was put in, grabbed the bag with the order and went to the room. Bottom line, it doesn't look bad, but I was confused by the moment, and where is the soy sauce for two people? There was a plastic jar of sauce and it was half filled, one jar of wasabi and ginger. The sauce tastes good, nothing to worry about.
I sighed, packed up and went to the store to buy more sauce and ginger.
In general, the taste of the rolls is an average minus three, nothing that could please, bland, blunder. The price is expensive by Russian standards, almost 3,000 Russian rubles for two for 4 positions. Two hot rolls and two regular ones.

Guys, when you already make a human site, you can't imagine how many times I chose another delivery just because it's very inconvenient to choose rolls on your site. I tried it a year and a half ago and everything was fine, but recently I made a retest and I can say that it got worse: there were noticeably fewer fish and I no longer want to take it for such a price.
