An amazing museum! We were on an excursion. Lots of impressions! A gorgeous guide, Svetlana Yakovlevna. A very interesting story, a wonderful atmosphere of the museum, we had a lot of fun!
A pleasant and atmospheric place in Smilovichi, where you will be introduced to the work of a famous artist and will be offered fragrant coffee) the guide tells the information with a soul, not formally, it feels like he is passionate and interested. I recommend you to visit
This place is worth a visit! The people who work in this space live their own business, that's why it's incredibly interesting to listen to them 😍
They even decorated the front door in the form of a Modigliani painting! How can you not admire such people?
I won't write much :)
Everything is great! I highly recommend it to everyone, even those who are not very close to art ... but just like coffee or tea🙌
Unexpectedly, it turned out to be a very interesting excursion. The format of the "Parisian" cafe with the guide's story pleasantly surprised. I fell in love with 2 works by Soutine: gladioli and wind. I ordered a reproduction for the house. Although I didn't know about such an artist before and that he was from the small town of Smilovichi. I highly recommend it, but it's better with a guide.
It's just an amazing experience. I knew practically nothing about Smilovichi. But it turned out that there is something to see. Chaim Soutine's space: style and love are visible from the curtains in the halls to the formation of expositions. One of the halls is made in the form of a Parisian cafe, in which you feel the atmosphere and attitude of the people who created all this to tears. Every time you are surprised when you meet such professionals who are rooting for their business. And when they serve you coffee in the "Paris cafe" with stories about artists, it's an extraordinary feeling of immersion in the atmosphere. It doesn't matter that there are no original paintings in the halls. Having experience visiting the best museums in the world, I nevertheless highly recommend visiting this space. As a result, you will learn a lot not only about Soutine, but also about all Belarusian artists in Paris. The main thing is the atmosphere and the attitude of employees to their business.
What a global work has been done by the creators of the museum! And the guide Svetlana is above all praise: absolute mastery of the audience (of different ages), emotionality and content of information, competent speech and love of her business. May Chaim Soutine forgive me:I did not grow up to fully understand his work, but the guide made us all fall in love with famous countrymen. Thank you all very much! Personally, I only lacked the names of the paintings in the 3rd hall. Just an amazing demonstration of scarves!
An unexpectedly beautiful place! There are only three halls, but I learned a lot about Soutine and the Smiloviches of those times. Thanks to the guide for the interesting story! In the hall, where you sit down at a table and coffee / tea is brewed for you, they tried very hard to convey the atmosphere of a French cafe. Music in the background, lots of art books, paintings, of course. You enjoy the story and even forget how the building looks from the outside. You really are transported to Paris. It's great that there is such a place! I have
a wish. Since the index sign to the museum points slightly in the wrong direction and there are several doors in the building where Chaim Soutine's space is located, it was not entirely clear where to go. Please make the right pointers, and have more than one of them. That's how you enter the yard through the gate, for example, put an arrow, and another one closer to that very door. Thanks! I wish you prosperity!
Despite the small size and the number of authentic exhibits, I really liked the museum. An informative tour and a very interesting idea will decorate the hall in the format of a Parisian cafe with paintings, music and coffee.
I really liked the Space of Khatma Sutin.
Thank you very much to everyone who created and supports life in this Space.
It's a pity that we didn't see some of the paintings. We really hope for their return to the gallery.
Once again, thanks a lot to the enthusiasts!
Both the idea and the implementation are excellent. It is clear that there are no original paintings there - few people will have the means to purchase them. But the concept of the museum is to tell about the artist's life.
It works by appointment, so call before you go. But it's worth the trip.
I didn't even expect that we have such wonderful places. I was very impressed with the guide's story. I offered to visit this beautiful corner to my friends and they agreed. Yes, and I will be happy to visit this exhibition again.
THIS PLACE is great! The story is very interesting, especially when the tour is conducted by the director of the museum!Been there a few times! I got carried away now I often read about the artists of that time!Great people! We have passed the hard tests!
It is clear that there are no originals here, but the amount of information is very large, this is a great start to get acquainted with the work of Chaim Soutine.
To visit Chaim Soutine's space in Smilovichi is like visiting France, or rather, visiting a French restaurant.
This is not just a gallery with reproductions of the author's paintings, it is a whole space. There are 3 halls in total, in one of them a classic French restaurant has been recreated, where you will definitely be given coffee and tea after the tour.
The museum is not a separate structural unit, but is part of the GUDO "Center for Creativity of Children and Youth named after Chaim Sutin G.P. Smilovichi".
A wonderful museum, an inspiring atmosphere, it is immediately clear that they love their work here. Even for a resident of Minsk, this museum receives the highest rating.
The space of the famous countryman can only be judged by the road sign and graffiti on the wall of the store, and Parisians are proud to say that there is a sculpture by Chaim Soutine on the embankment.
A small museum that is being developed by wonderful people. It gives a complete picture of the fate of the artist and his homeland. I would like to get more detailed information from an art critic about the style of creativity. You can even give a short lecture on the record, since museum workers have a different specialization.
