I imagined my visit to the podologist in creepy pictures, after watching various pictures on the Internet. Together, due to the gel coating of the nails and long-term wearing of the heel, the nail on the thumb suffered. I hesitated for a long time and finally went. I got an appointment with Meserla Anna. She carefully carried out the inspection. She explained the reasons. She gave recommendations. Aggressive methods were avoided, she said that she would always have time to cut down aggressively or something else... it is important to observe (took a photo, with repeated treatment it will be possible to compare), take care, wear comfortable shoes for every day and rub oil in the mornings and/or evenings. I'll attach a photo of the oil. I bought it there. I would like to thank Anna Meserle for a mini-lecture on the structure and functions of the foot, nail coatings and more. Unfortunately, I no longer remember the master, but as I understood, she is one of the main masters who taught others. I visited them when they were still at another address, then it became clear that this clinic would become one of the leading in the field of podology, it seems they were one of the first who began to spread this field in Kazakhstan at all. They put a brace on me, restored the nails on both feet about 4 years ago, maybe even earlier, the nail did not "move out" anywhere, everything really got better, more comfortable. There has always been a great attitude towards the client. I hope that nothing has changed there since that moment.
