its pretty good service. high prices, but you dont have a big choice of delivery options from usa to russia. sometimes you have problems in communication with assistants - they dont understand your simple questions, and answering with templates.

I have a very negative experience of ordering parcels from prostobox. This was my first experience of ordering through the service. He will be the last one. It seems like there is an action, for example, for an order for an eicherbe up to 1 kg, but the design is not obvious and as a result you do not fall under the action. For some reason, they charge commissions for paying for their own services, these are hidden payments, you find out about them when they already have the parcel. It's just a scam. I had a 10% promo code for the first parcel - somewhere they saw a violation of the referral program and they need to pay extra, and again with a commission. Support responds at least a day later, if you want it faster, pay. I think they will keep silent for a day so that those who urgently need help will pay. I have not seen paid support anywhere else. It's a terrible experience and I don't recommend sending my parcels through them to anyone! I have never had a worse experience with any intermediary. Given the number of competitors, choose someone else for parcels from the States.
