I don't know how well they cut hair here, but the attitude of the staff is just disgusting! On 10.12.2016, I went to the hairdresser at the Lybedskaya metro station. I chose her because she was the only one who worked until 22.00, which was very important to me. I arrived at 21.20. None of the clients were there, only two female employees, one of them was already taking out her jacket and preparing to go home. I ask if they could cut my hair. The woman who was already in a hurry to get home said that it was actually late and they still had to clean up. I replied that I only had to trim the tips, and 40 minutes would be more than enough for that, and there would be time left for cleaning. And she threw something like "faster" and started telling me that I should come earlier and reminded me once again that they need to get out. I ask: "Then why do you work until 22.00?" I couldn't stand this attitude, so I turned around and left. And now a question to the management: why is the working time (customer service) indicated before 22.00, if the staff is cleaning at the last hour? Why should I, the client, care about organizational issues? And why are your employees being so rude, even though I didn't show up 10 minutes before closing time? Needless to say, the mood was spoiled. Thanks for not having hair! After such conversations, I would probably just get a haircut "from the bottom of my heart"! The opinion about this institution is terrible, I will not advise anyone!
