The amount was announced, taking into account the features of my frame (rimless) and the glasses themselves (with diopters, for working at a computer). A week or a week and a half later, when I came to the installation with a frame, I received another, higher voiced price and to my reasonable question: "How can this be?" I received an offer to talk to the "hostess". I had to come back next time. For the "next time" I received the THIRD price, even higher, but already from the mouth of the "hostess". To my reasonable remarks that the price could not rise so much for such a short time, the "hostess" began to complain that the prices of suppliers had increased, despite the fact that the same opened pair of lenses was being twisted in front of my nose all the time. At the end of a long story about her hard life, the "hostess" generally stated that she would not undertake the work, stating (literally): "To promise does not mean to get married!" and that I should apply for installation in the salon where I bought the frame, because her master, who will install the lenses, will have shaking hands! Amazing! The result: wasted time and nerves. But thank you for not taking up the work with your "shaking hands"!

Disgusting service! Expired lenses were slipped 2 times with a smile so that they would not check the expiration date. And the lenses were all expired. Plus, the doctor allegedly said that my eyesight had gotten worse and oh, thank God they just have such lenses! And that as I needed them before, they are not available. And only heaven knows that maybe the next time I come to them soon they will tell me that my eyesight has improved. And so. Turning to other specialists and looking under the dilated pupil, the doctors told me that I had been deceived there. That my eyesight is the same and she just shoved an expired item in. I do not recommend this optics. I recommend contacting specialists, not like "doctors" from the office, and ordering. representatives have lenses. By the way, the "doctor" from the office was weaving a train that Belarus does not have a license for this type of lens, which I needed. And they were freely available online.
