And so... There is no chapel to my amazement. I didn't expect such a careless attitude. We talked on the phone, discussed all the points and nuances. I asked when I could bring the car. On the day of the call, it didn't work out in the morning for me, in the evening for the service. The voice on the phone suggested rescheduling everything for tomorrow (it was Saturday) I agreed, asking what time to call, it was said at 11 o'clock. It came "tomorrow" - Saturday, at 11 I'm calling, the voice on the phone said that there is a certain Sasha, he will deal with your car, now I'll call him, and I'll call you right back. I said OK and waited for the call. 10 minutes, 20, 40 in an hour I call myself... I listened to the beeps for a long time, no one picked up the phone.. They called back after 5 hours, I did not raise it anymore, because with such an attitude to customers, it is clear what the quality of work is there! Nobody cares. A careless attitude. A lot of time and nerves have been lost. We could immediately say that we will not deal with your car, look for another service. Despite the fact that the cost of repairs is not cheap, as the "voice in the tube" said, the estimated cost is $ 300 and then it will be seen.
In general, perhaps my case is an isolated one, but once was enough to have a negative opinion about this car service. Personally, I would not use the services of this facility, but you see for yourself. I just described my situation and my personal opinion!
