We turned to the agency for the purchase of an apartment in Mersin. We picked up the object ourselves, applied for purchase and paperwork. Everything was great while we were buying an apartment. As soon as the purchase took place, normal communication with the agency disappeared. All information about the construction process and the facility was received from YouTube, but not from the agency. Several times they asked to send a video during the construction of the facility and a video of the apartment. There is no support or assistance in resolving issues. We do not know complete unsubscriptions, please specify, especially regarding payment and paperwork issues. TAPU registration, which we have not been able to issue through an agency for 2 months at the moment. Although all payments have been made in full and the documents have been sent. And the developer has been opening the TAPU design for the object for more than 6 months. We are very disappointed and extremely dissatisfied and do not recommend this agency. At the moment, we are forced to switch to direct communication with the developer and we really hope that we will be able to solve our problems.
