We ordered the flushing of the heating system. They promised on the phone that all the batteries would be untwisted, connected to each one and cleaned separately. When asked if you do water treatment, we answered we do. As a result, none of their 7 cast-iron batteries and 2 steel ones had their caps removed. They connected only in one place to the drain of water from the heating system. They poured water into the heating a couple of times and flushed it down, eventually only driving the pieces of rust even deeper. They took 750 rubles. No contract or receipt was provided. As a result, two bedrooms stopped heating. The cauldron began to rattle terribly. We waited several days for them to come to fix it. We arrived, we couldn't unscrew the footer, we burned the battery with a burner, poured water into the heating again, even bypassing the filter on the boiler. The cauldron continued to rattle. The employee does not even know what water treatment is. This is the replacement of rust-causing ions in water with non-rust-causing ions, which the company's employees are not aware of.
